Go to the counter order a coffee the attendant or girl standing at the starbucks register seemed a bit frustrated that she had to put down her phone to help me as the customer. Order a regular coffee and ask her if they had any type of non dairy creamer said they have half and half when the menu says they offer products with oat milk she could have recomended that they could use oat milk as a creamer substitute but instead all she did was said have half and half, at the end of the recievi g my coffee she was right back to her cellular device. Next customer walks up again she was with a face of frustration and bother due to having to put down her phone to serve another customer

I normally have a great experience at this location but today was different. Everyone had an attitude. The young lady threw my food on the counter and didn’t call out my name. The employee who was making my drink complained about it.

Every time I visit this Starbucks is a great experience, but there have been a few times Luna has been the partner there when I stop in and they’ve been amazing every time! They’re so kind, sweet and always make sure the customer is taken care of. 10/10! ♥️

Stopped in this morning to grab coffees for myself and my husband after a early morning grocery run. I purchased two coffees and asked for a water and was told they don't give out water like that. I realize that it was early, but the register barista was a bit rude about it tbh. I would have gladly paid for a water and I have been given waters at the countless other locations I have visited with no issues so I just found that unusual.
Every week I go here and a machine is down or they are out of something so ill just keep going to our local coffee shop

Substitute Sweet Cream for milk apparently means add cold foam for any drinks. Even when I'm paying for the extra cream not foam. Just disappointed this happens 80% of the time I get Starbucks. The staff was great, just made the drinks incorrectly.
