I normally have a great experience at this location but today was different. Everyone had an attitude. The young lady threw my food on the counter and didn’t call out my name. The employee who was making my drink complained about it.

Every time I visit this Starbucks is a great experience, but there have been a few times Luna has been the partner there when I stop in and they’ve been amazing every time! They’re so kind, sweet and always make sure the customer is taken care of. 10/10! ♥️

Stopped in this morning to grab coffees for myself and my husband after a early morning grocery run. I purchased two coffees and asked for a water and was told they don't give out water like that. I realize that it was early, but the register barista was a bit rude about it tbh. I would have gladly paid for a water and I have been given waters at the countless other locations I have visited with no issues so I just found that unusual.

Substitute Sweet Cream for milk apparently means add cold foam for any drinks. Even when I'm paying for the extra cream not foam. Just disappointed this happens 80% of the time I get Starbucks. The staff was great, just made the drinks incorrectly.

Constant slow-moving drive-thru line. You never know from one day to the next when the lobby will be open. When the lobby is closed, the only way you find out is by parking your car and reading the tiny sign on the door.
