This Starbucks location should really just consider closing down. I live in Whitestown but frequent the Lawrence Starbucks because of school and work. When I tell you every single time I come to this location there is an issue with my order. I never have issues at any other location and I order Starbucks just about every day. Very disappointing I’m trying Human Bean next time.

I want my coffee house to be warm and inviting. I wanna get on my laptop or phone and have some smooth jazz gently playing in the back ground. Here, there are NO tables, couches, chairs, cozy places. Now the service was great. The employees were very kind and greeted me as soon as I crossed the threshold ❤️

This starbucks is not good at all they took forever, didn’t even line my cup with caramel, barely put any cold foam, and on top of that there was a hair in my drink.🤢🤢🤢🤢💩💩💩😷😷😷😷

Hit or miss at this location. Today was a miss not sure what was actually made. Ordered an iced caramel macchiato. No ice, no flavor the only thing recognizable was caramel at the bottom

I get the same two drinks everyday. Normally during the morning. Today I went in the evening 5:30pm once I got my drink I noticed it was very light as in not having the right amount of whatever coffee base is put in the Frappuccino. I asked to get it remade if possible. The cashier took it then The barista( light skinned female with black curly hair) came to the window with an attitude and asked for me to remove my straw and took the same drink probably added regular coffee to it added whipped cream and gave it back. When I tasted it, it was bitter and no form of caramel in it. Now that drink is in the trash because I’m not going back around to have the same thing fixed when the worker doesn’t even attempt to correct a mistake. I hope the girl feels good about her rude customer service. Because it’s not worth my time nor money.

***EDIT 10/11/2025 I decided to give it one more try. Well one Kid with an Afro had to bring out my drink after over 20 minutes of waiting. Then gets an attitude when I asked if it had the syrup I asked for. The drive thru girl ignored not just me but every other car until she was ready to attend to them instead of simply saying they’re busy or whatever is going on inside. She took payment and doesn’t open the window again for another 5 minutes or so.

REPLACE THE EMPLOYEES TO THOSE THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK OR CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!!

This location used to have such friendly people. Now they don’t put sleeves on. No smile no hello when you walk in and prices just keep rising. Going to have to start looking for somewhere else

Today was particularly disappointing—my usual drink was practically unrecognizable. It tasted like nothing but burnt espresso with a side of ice. The flavor was so off that I could barely finish it. It’s hard to understand how a drink I order every day can vary so drastically from the usual standard.
Consistency is key, especially for regulars like myself. I’d really love to see some improvements in the quality control here. I know Starbucks is capable of better, and I hope this doesn’t become a regular issue.
