Starbucks

Starbucks no longer gives you coffee with your macchiatos . If you want coffee go elsewhere or order a cup of black coffee.. all of their drinks are just milk and sugar what a disgrace to the coffee industry. Mediocre customer service, put some adults who enjoy coffee and working in coffee shops please, or pay your employees what they deserve if thats the issue.

Tried out the lavender matcha. It was pretty good but not my favorite.

The Starbucks is very clean and organized. The food is delicious and delectable. The Service is fast and reliable. The workers are also very pleasant and friendly. They will always help with anything needed.

I went here in between my studies to get myself a pick-me-up matcha. It was superr windy out, and somehow, as I was getting into my car, a gust of wind blew the matcha out of my hands and onto the ground😭 i went back in to buy another matcha and the baristas made me one on the house. Such kind baristas, and they have good vibes :) Though there is no seating, if I ever need a mid day sweet treat, I will def be coming here.

Has to be the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. Staff was sluggish, unorganized and lackadaisical.

I was headed to work, and it just took longer than I anticipated for my tea to be prepared. I've never had to wait at Starbucks for a great length of time as I did here at this location.

The coffee was too watery, almost no coffee and this has happened 2 times already

This is my usual Starbucks location. It's located in a small shopping center by Pendleton Pike. It's not really a dine-in Starbucks - just a drive-thru or indoor pickup spot really. They do have a couple tables set up outside however.

I've gotten into a rhythm of placing my order on the app for pickup at the drive-thru. I just pull up to the speaker, tell em I'm here to pickup an order for myself and it's waiting for me as I pull around. Certainly nice and convenient.

I recommend this location because the people working the drive-thru window have always been kind and pleasant 99% of the time and that's what truly matters. The food can be great, the drinks can be great, but if the service isn't great with people who mind their manners and are pleasant to exchange with, then it's all in vain. Recommended.

First time at Starbucks and order a vanilla Cappuccino Small and when I received it? I said it's not much in here and the guy said it's a cappuccino it's mostly foam. He was right. Two sips and it was gone... and to top it off it wasn't even hot. Will never go back

Early morning disappointment! Starbucks why would you serve me my favorite beverage in a generic styrofoam cup and state that there’s a shortage on lids? What does that have to do with this ugly generic walmart cup???

I am lactose intolerant and clearly the coffee I ordered was poorly prepared even though I ordered it with Oat milk. They made my stomach hurt. That she will hesitate for hours in the bathroom and end up sick for the rest of the day.

In the past you make the perfect pumpkin spice latte, now it taste a lot of ginger wich is super strong, so you can't feel the other spice. 😔
