This is not a good Starbucks at all. Whenever I order sandwiches it’s always cold in the middle. The drinks are always very watery really bad Starbucks. Overall would not recommend.

I've been coming here for years and have never been so appalled at the service. I had to wait 15 or twenty minutes after I got my food to get my drinks. Not sure if they forgot but now my wrap is cold and a waste since I'm driving and have no way to reheat it. And to the young lady that put pineapple in my sisters drink when I clearly didn't order it, you are the reason for this review. I wasn't trying to be difficult, my sister is allergic so maybe read the label correctly before you catch an attitude.

It is no longer a coffee shop. Gone are the tables to meet people for coffee. It is a terrible idea to just sell coffee and forgo the coffee shop atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Starbucks fails in the vegan food options.

I've been a patron of this store for around 20 years, maybe more. They used to care about their customers - made you feel like personal friends. They also used to know how to brew and listen to what you order. For $6-$7 a cup and leaving a $1 tip every single time, it's extremely disappointing to get burnt espresso, missing elements of what was ordered (ask for no foam but get tons of foam, caramel in bottow of cup rather than stirred in, 3/4th cup of coffee hidden by massive amounts of foam, etc.). But the worst is getting espresso mixed in to a Macchiato when I pay MORE for a Macchiato and end up with a Latte. A barista is someone trained to make gourmet coffee drinks. Many of the Starbucks now have fast food quality coffee drinks while charging gourmet coffee brewer prices. After getting crappy coffee almost every time for the last couple of years at this store and others while hoping it changes, I'm done. See ya Starbucks! I'm done hoping to get what I pay too much for.
As a former Starbucks employee I’ve been to a lot of them. This location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to in any state. The employees are never friendly. The drinks are consistently wrong even if you ask them to remake them. They are also exceptionally slow no matter the time of day. drive the extra bit to a different location.

I've tried this Starbucks a couple of times, and what I ordered is not what I received. The staff is wonderful and friendly, but definitely needs more understanding on what actually goes into what is ordered

Today was absolutely horrible. Horrible service, horrible attitudes, especially from one specific person. I won't ever come back to this one. Didn't even want to ask them to remake the drink so just left. But definitely won't visit here again.
