On the night of Sep 22 between 8:00-8:20, I got to this Starbucks and order a black tea with sugar free vanilla syrup and a splash of vanilla sweet cream, I get my drink and as I’m driving away I taste it and it tastes like watered down coffee, so I go back and tell them and a lady comes to the window and says okay I have to brew more tea it’ll take 5 min I said okay, then as I’m sitting I realize they put coffee in my drink because they were out of tea instead of just saying that, probably due to the fact they were closing about an hour later, I get my new drink and the lady says that should taste much better, it did and it was a completely different color

For me not to be a #Starbucks guru...☺️(meaning i dont go alot) they got me together.😘 I told them what size (not the ☆💲sb lingo) and what i wanted and didnt like 🙃 (not tryna be that type of customer 😒 butttt) I wanted to see what they could do for me😜 (I had to be at work...walking 7 min away with a fractured pinky toe)🤣🤣 <>😂 they gave me my food /made my coffee with the quickness 🥰and I was omw hobbling to work with a nice tasty correct 😋 coffee😅🥰

I usually have had no issue until lately I’m not getting a full cup of coffee when I order a latte. Unacceptable, and I’m always in a hurry of course. Here’s hoping they see this and fix their issue. Do better there’s like 2 inches of cup here. Sincerely, an annoyed local barista

Have been coming here for a while and never had any issues. But ordered a pumpkin cold brew and pumpkin spice cold brew and they both tasted watered down. Maybe just a fluke but was disappointed for the money spent.

I hate I hate this location. Every time I order through the app they make my drink a silly special way, like who puts caramel drizzle on top of whipped cream when I want it around the cup and then it’s never made right because I know how it taste supposed to be made right every time but anyways, I won’t be coming back. I hate this location. Their line is stupid. Nobody wanna stand a straight line and yeah and a halfway rude so don’t worry about me no more but I wrote this review because they need to know they dirty for this every single time and why does it look like poop on top of my whip cream put caramel on top of whipped cream with somebody said they will caramel drizzle. It’s common sense that when you want caramel drizzle, it goes around the cup right we all had the same idea when we want caramel drizzle, but yeah that’s all OK. For this nasty eight dollar drink
