The service has been comparatively faster in drive thrus. In store service is fine too. I was pleased to interact with the Barista today who was very polite and jolly!! This adds an extra sweetness to the service 😊

Diasappointed!
My egg on impossible sandwich was cold; my green tea latte was watered down ( like maybe they ran out of almond milk and added water to fill my cup.) I could not drink it. I was on my way to an appointment. So I could not even turn around and return.

I was left with the best possible experience at this Starbucks. My cashier was very kind on a Day I can only describe
as difficult as result of a trip to Riley Children’s hospital with our son . Gratefully, all is well with him!

This location has marked all of the crafted drinks as sold out on their app due to staffing issues. I think this is the worst way to fix a staffing problem.

Placed a mobile order as I was leaving the house. It’s about a 5 minute drive. I arrive and there’s no cars in the drive through…leaving or entering. As I left, still no one behind me. I’m greeted as I pull up and tell them I have an order to pick up. The response was ā€œwe just got that order but I guess you can go ahead and pull forward.ā€ Not super friendly but chalked it up to the speakers not being great. So I get there and I grab my drink to be told that moving forward I need to wait 5 minutes before picking up my order. Which from the time I pressed send order to the time I arrived was 5 minutes. I just said okay, but it was just about a 5 minute drive from when I sent my order. Her response was along the lines of ā€œyeah. You need to give us 5 minutes until you pick up your order.ā€ So I leave. I’m almost to my destination when I take a couple drinks to find out that my cup is cracked AND my straw is broken. So I’m out a little over half of a frap and I’m not about to go back to get copped another attitude.

Anyway, I’ll just be ordering from another Starbucks from now on.

This was a tragic starbucks experience.

The girl taking the order was so overstimulated she could barely say hi to take my order.

I placed my order at 10:33am for 2 drinks and a crossiant. I didn't leave out until 10:50.

The baristas are disorganized and extremely messy. I had to ask for extra cold foam I watched Sydney make my drink she didn't care she just tossed the ingredients in and set drink out.

I wouldn't suggest this starbucks at all. All of the customers looked disappointed and upset.

They get it right most of the time. Friendly staff. Only had my mobile order stolen once. They remade it. Always ready for when I get there.

I'm having a rough time mentally and just wanted to say that the positive attitude in this Starbucks this morning was really nice. I used to be a barista, among other service-type jobs I've had, and it's not necessarily easy to project positivity and kindness in that kind of role. I really appreciated it.

Starbucks on 56th Street – East Side Indy
Mother’s Day Magic and a Barista Named Psalms

Let me tell you about the experience that touched my heart and lifted my spirit this Mother’s Day.

From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted by the most angelic voice I’ve ever heard at a drive-thru. Sweet, kind, and uplifting—her energy was radiant, and I instantly felt like today was going to be something special.

I placed my order for a white chocolate mocha (my go-to), and mentioned my usual frustration: Starbucks doesn’t always stir it well, and all the flavor settles at the bottom. She reassured me with the gentlest confidence and said, ā€œDon’t worry, we’ve got an amazing barista on today—it’ll be stirred perfectly.ā€ Her kindness was genuine, and her energy was contagious.

As I pulled up to the window, she greeted me again—and told me that the person in front of me had paid my entire $33 bill and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day.

Let me say that again: my entire bill was covered… and by this point, I was nearly in tears. Then I saw her. This voice that had warmed my soul had a face to match—beautiful, glowing, and full of light.

I asked her name, because I already knew I’d be writing this review. And y’all… her name is Psalms.
Like the Bible.
And suddenly, everything made sense.

Psalms 126:3 says:
ā€œThe Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.ā€

That scripture couldn’t be more fitting, because in just one drive-thru trip, I received kindness, beauty, generosity, and a little taste of heaven.

To Starbucks: she’s a gem. Protect her, honor her, promote her.
To Psalms: you made my Mother’s Day feel like a blessing.
And to whoever paid my tab: you planted a seed of joy I’ll never forget.
