Walked in and a young afroamerican lady and a young afroamerican gentleman were chatting through their headset....they came to register and left away...no hi no bye nothing.....laughing at my face....untill other lady Walked in to the register from back door....
My mood left to the floo
This was one of my favorite StarBucks and everyone is very nice to me until I visit this store on 10/26/25, went through drive thru and the employee had a lack of knowledge regarding the products served. She was questioning my order and was very smart mouth with me. I then went inside and asked to speak with the manager Sydney who was very apologetic while the employee Atlantis was arguing with me. Sydney asked this employee to not talk smart or argue with me but employee Atlantis continued. I have been during business with this Starbucks when they first built it and this is the worst I ever experienced from this location. Clearly Atlantis is not a people person and need to work on inventory or maybe cleaning because customer service is not her niche. Poor Service by “Atlantis”!

This location is continuously a let down when it comes to cup release days. The workers had an attitude, and when asked questions they were rude. Kept saying what they had out was only what they had but clearly they got the cups and purchased the cups for themselves.

I ordered a venti drink, and the barista was very friendly at first. However, the moment I didn’t leave a tip, their attitude completely changed — no smile, no “thank you,” just cold and dismissive, like winter breeze. I didn’t expect service at Starbucks to depend on tipping. It really ruined what could have been a pleasant experience. Good service should be consistent, not based on whether a customer tips or not.

Roll the dice and cross your fingers today’s the day you get a good barista. Every single time I go here my drink tastes different, there’s 0 consistency and sometimes it’s undrinkable.
Easy in and easy out. Coffee was fresh and the service was prompt and friendly.

I’ve visited this Starbucks multiple times, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. The staff often come across as unprofessional and indifferent, and on several visits, I received incorrect orders or had items missing. Food is sometimes mixed up, and special requests are frequently ignored. The overall quality of drinks and food is subpar compared to other locations. Judging by many other similar reviews, these problems are ongoing and not isolated incidents. I hope management addresses these issues, as this location falls short of the standard expected from Starbucks.

I ordered a caramel macchiato and you can taste that they used old coffee instead of espresso. I even got extra caramel and it still tastes like old coffee.
I definitely feel like if you order through the app, there’s no way to get tips, so the baristas make your order sub-par.

This Starbucks is my LEAST favorite to go to. They regularly do NOT fill up your cup. If I am paying almost 7.00 for a venti latte, the least you could do is fill my cup up. They don’t even hide it like other Starbucks do by filling the cup with the whipped cream. Nope, they just blatantly leave room in your cup. And god forbid you should ask them to fill the cup up. Nothing, no apology, nothing. They just treated my like I was the rudest person in the world to make a full cup of coffee. Save your money and skip this location. I keep thinking next time will be better, nope.

Drink was excellent in flavor but my allergy request was ignored.
I ordered a soy matcha latte with the non-dairy cherry cold foam. I specified I have a dairy allergy when ordering.
After leaving and drinking my latte, I suffered an allergic reaction
