Where is management on this Starbucks? Only customer and they were careless about taking my order. And after a girll took forever to make it. Just talking and joking between employees and not taking care of customers at all. The lady that got there behind me. Left because none one from the 3 employees there took her order.

Drinks are not consistent. I ordered the same drink 2 days in a row. The first one was the best I have ever had from any Starbucks. The second was the worst I have ever had. Very disappointed.

I give this branch chance after chance but they always fail me time and time again. Ask for light ice in my drink and got extra ice then my son wanted a sandwich he couldn’t even eat it because the bread was to tough and hard for him! Imagine an upset two year old. Had to travel to speedway Starbucks just to get my son his sandwich again and spend more money because of their laziness. Not to mention I was the only one in line. Do better please! This the only branch I always have problems

Stopped in to get a venti pink drink no ice extra acai and a cheese Danish. They were pretty busy so I knew it would be a little bit of a wait.... 20 min later I received my drink with ice. Advised it was supposed to be no ice, chic got an attitude with me and then remade it and only filled the cup 1/2 full. So I paid $6 plus $1 for extra base because of no ice and you can only give me 1/2 cup. I looked at the lady and she looked back and said "what". Good thing it was my birthday...I would have told her about herself. Crappy way to start my day. Kindness goes a long way

Can get crowded here because the service is slower. I would recommend visiting the Crawfordsville road location for better service. I believe the turnover rate is higher at this location or they can't hire enough employees.

Her service was great and she made my drink flawlessly which is not easy as I’m very particular about my cold brew. Will definitely continue to stop by when I’m shopping in this area.
