Awesome staff
I wish the employees were treated better. (I used to really love coming to Starbucks. Seeing the smiles and the friendly environment. Now the prices are higher, the baristas seem to hate their lives( I think they’re underpaid), the drinks seem smaller, and the free refills thing isn’t really. They treat you like a criminal if you stay and do work in the lobby…. It’s sad this used to be a place I really loved)

Ordered a trenta mango dragon fruit refresher (no substitutes or changes, just a normal drink off the menu) and they gave me water with no ice. That drink is almost 7 bucks, this is unacceptable behavior from a food service.

Mobile pick up but both Frapaccino's were excellent
This is a great location. My coffee was decent but a little watered down. I was surprised because I grabbed it as soon as they called my name, so there was no time for it to set and for the ice to melt. Because it was pride, we ordered inside, and they had us pick up outside. I thought the setup was cute. Some people had cute stuff written on their drinks. Staff was friendly. Overall, I would recommend this location.

A great spot for a quick coffee.. very near the downtown area of Indy so it's convenient. One BIG PROBLEM is that the city charges for parking.. if you pull into a space to walk in, grab your coffee and walk out.. you'll have a $20 ticket on your windshield. It is absolutely ridiculous and it disgusts me. I won't be back simply because of that.

Hidden away at a popular pedestrian walking area, this is a gem. Fast service, walk up window and they wrote on my cup “you rock!” And a smiley face. Food was hot and delicious and super fast. I took their recommendation for a drink and it was great!
