Terribly slow service. Messed up my drink. The second one was not really any better. Staff standing around with people waiting. Took forever. Reassurance of why I don’t go to Starbucks.

I ordered light ice but got a venti full with ice half cup. I asked to remove some ice and she said she would not add more milk. Wow. I didn't like to have more milk but the service like that is zero star ?

Starbucks CLOSED at the main food area in Indy airport??. Shocking. Sign says 4:30 am to 9 pm. Closed at 4 pm when we arrived. ??‍♀️

I visited this location on my way of town for a work trip… It was early and I needed a little pick me up. I did a mobile order and waited in line. There was a lady that yelled out my name and said “There ain’t no frappes right now!” … I said “Could you give me a second to look?” .. She said “Yeah..” … I looked for a FEW seconds before she said “Come on I’m ready..” … Not only did I not get what I wanted but the atmosphere and demeanor of this lady was just incredibly disrespectful! A little bit on kindness goes a long way. That’s it. I’ve called the phone number online several times and left voicemails but no one has contacted me back….

If you order any drink with no ice. They are going to give you half empty glass. The airport prices are more expensive than regular Starbucks. In addition, if you ask for a regular drink, they put too much ice. I am going to stop spending $100 dollars a week at this place.

The caramel macchiato was yummy. Good job. Did one thing right. The management and service of this Starbucks is terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. First, they do not accept any of the meal vouchers that the airport/Delta provides. Being in an airport, there’s also a long line - which I get. The issue is that they had about 5 staff in front and were unable to get out orders and communicate issues. People would wait for 5-10, 15-20 minutes only to find out they are out of something in their order. At 9:30 AM. I waited 15 minutes on a cake pop and I didn’t get it. The cashier told me it “is being made” when I ordered, however he and the staff never bothered to let me know what was happening with it, even after we respectfully asked about it after waiting 10 and 15 minutes. I still don’t know what was going on - if they had any cake pops, if they were being made from scratch, or what. I tried to just change to one available cake pop that was cheaper price or just get a refund … and despite having 5 staff out front they responded with “we would need to call a manager to help.” This Starbucks management is terrible. Employees were nice if you spoke to them, but non communicative and no one seemed to understand what was going on. One of the employees explicitly told me, “I don’t know what’s going on over there” and waved it off. I am baffled on everything that happened with my order and other people’s that I was witnessing, while they had 5 or more employees there.
