I’m regretful that we didn’t get her name, but the sweetest, bubbliest girl helped us in the afternoon of 07/29/2025!! It was our twin girls’ 17th birthday and we were out for a birthday freebies day! She was just a gem: all smiles, making awesome suggestions, and being genuinely sweet to our birthday girls! The service was super-fast too! Great place! My daughters swear they’re driving the 2 hours back to get another drink at this particular Starbucks!

I think matcha frappe tastes weird. Double matcha is not double at all!

One of the QUICKEST Starbucks locations I have ever been to. This location was very busy on a Friday morning and they were calling the customers name with their order probably 1 minute after ordering. Very efficient. Friendly staff. No complaints. All positive things coming from this location.
I didn’t catch the girls names that were working tonight (2/19/25) but I wish I had! They were the sweetest people and made my drink exactly how I wanted! Usually the extra stuff gets ignored, and I order here all the time because I work at Sephora, but they made it perfectly and were sooooo sweet when I came in to pick it up! Even took the time to write a cute message on my cup, which made my night!
Me and my cousins order some drinks. I ordered an ice coffee. They got it wrong, it smelled like old spoiled milk. Then my cousin order a pink drink it was fine. The other order a mocha green tea it was like you just put a spoonful of flour in your mouth, no flavor at all. The wait was a while also, but i can see why it was packed. Drinks were NOT good.
We had a 20+ minute wait while the baristas ignored the hot bar. Two were on cold bar serving people who ordered long after us. It took asking for them to finally start getting hot drinks moving for us and the many others waiting. The drinks were fine. Priorities were poorly managed.

I have only done the drive-through. As you round the building...don't turn to wide as you can miss the order menu. Or maybe it was too early in the morning????
