Definitely not a comfortable setting. None of the employees besides one young lady, talks to anybody. Sat there for over 5 min waiting for a drink just for it to be sitting there the whole time nobody called out anybody’s names so we’re all just sitting there. Don’t know what’s the point in asking for my name if you don’t use it. Everyone has an attitude like they need coffee themselves. Got a half ass drink that needed to be remade. All around terrible customer service besides the maybe 2 employees . I even tipped their grumpy employees

Our order took a very long time, because there was a brand new employee that didn't know a single thing and needed help from the trainee for every move he made. The atmosphere was pretty good except there was a very caffeinated man in there having a very loud business meeting at one of the tables.
The staff were nice and made our drinks quickly.
I got an iced pumpkin cream chai, which I've never had before, and it was absolutely amazing. My dad got a refresher for the first time, and he reported that it was really good!

They need to improve their service and make the drink right. They don't sell a drink if they don't have enough ingredients.

Wanted to start my morning great but now I feel forced to write about my experience because I’m appalled with the service I received. I dont really like interacting with people so I always try to place my order online. Well I placed my order and let the person taking orders through the drive thru that I did so. She just told me they are working on it to pull around. Then a man with a colored beard started yapping about can I give them more than 3 seconds to pick my order up my order that it should generally take them 6-12 minutes especially with the new system and that their window time goes up and they could get in big trouble. Honestly businesses need to do better. Everything shouldn't be about numbers and goals. Anyways this is just another reason to stop supporting these businesses, too worried about stuff like that to give exceptional customer service. Either that or the guy just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I left so offended.

Everything here is great behind the counter. Fast service and good product (though not a personal fan of Starbucks coffee). Employees were friendly.
The problem is in the customer area. Overflowing trash, very dirty sugar/napkin area. Dirty floors. A restroom with an inoperative lock. Tables and chairs look worn. It all just needs a little more attention.
Would come back, but probably wouldn't use the seating area.

i was obviously dressed as someone from a different cultural background. i felt discriminated against by the main cashier. She seemed to be very sweet to everyone and as soon as she came to me she mentioned that my order could take up to 30 minutes. Her tone of voice and her facial expressions made me feel like she did not want to serve me. i will never go to a starbucks again !!!

I ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich with NO BACON & there’s still bacon ON my sandwich. People are allergic to bacon so yall really need to do better!!!

I normally always have a great experience at Starbucks, but this time was terrible. I stopped to get a sandwich and coffee at 7:40pm tonight (20 mins before close) because I’m a night shift healthcare worker. When I pulled up to the speaker in the drive-thru I immediately said ‘Hi! I’m sorry it’s so late and you’re about to close!’ The employee on the other end did not say one word so I asked if they had the sandwich I wanted and she replied yes. I ordered my coffee and sandwich and was told ‘Pull around for your total’. When I got to the window I said ‘Hi!’ to which the employee did not reply. She told me my total and handed me my order, again, not saying one word or asking if I wanted napkins or a straw. Although this is the only drive-thru on my way to work, I will unfortunately not be coming here again.
