After my appointment, I decided to make a stop at this Starbucks. I was a supervisor at starbucks for 2 years, so I know how our baristas should treat eachother. LIKE A TEAM. Unfortunately, this was not the case.The cashier was SO sweet and I loved her energy (a shorter black woman), despite having to endure such disrespect from her peers. The old lady with red hair was BEYOND disrespectful to her coworkers. She was SO rude, tried every way to be right when she was actually wrong, as well as mumbling under her breath about the other workers. Her attitude was actually so disgusting. I read other reviews before writing mine out and it seems like she's a consistent problem. I feel so awful for the people who have to work beside her and get belittled everyday when they're just trying to earn a living. My drink was also made BEAUTIFULLY (the red-headed hag did NOT make my drink), so I have nothing negative to say other than the fact that they need to FIRE THIS WOMAN.

I ordered an iced beverage and the employee with short red hair made it… she proceeded to EAT ICE OFF THE TOP OF MY DRINK!!! Will not be using this location again as I fear for my safety when getting beverages made here now. Incredibly disgusting!?
