I’m so tired of places making there sandwiches look way better then they really are in photos. I had the Turkey Pesto Sandwich. Didn’t have hardly nothing on it and one slice of turkey. The photo makes it seem like it’s full of ingredients. So disappointed. Will never get food from Starbucks again. $8 for nothing and they want tipped for warming up something. What a joke!

More than once I've gone later in the evening (I work night shift) and have been told a little after 8pm that they're closed. If that's true update the hours to reflect that change. If that's not true the employees should have to answer for closing up earlier than they're supposed to.

This Starbucks in Indianapolis is the worst one in the city the staff is unaware of their customers they could care less they do not try to welcome anyone they do not engage with customers at all this place is Halo and shallow and empty because of the staff sorry I call it like it is.

Just witnessed an elderly male get completely destroyed verbally by the manager, over an incorrect order. I've witnessed this several times in Starbucks, and not just here. Customers are treated very poorly by the staff, in general. I don't know if Starbucks 'empowers' their ppl to not care about the customer, but wow... Lots of disrespectful young ppl that have no customer service skills whatsoever.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid-friendly at all, imo.

This has to be the worst Starbucks. I was in a rush and tried to give this Starbucks another try. One this location is always out of something. I specifically asked for oatmilk. She gave me regular milk. My stomach is in knots. I ordered a Iced pumpkin chai latte with oatmilk. One pump of brown sugar and two pumps of vanilla. If you going to make my drink how you want to do it then I should not have to pay. The service at this location is trash. Horrible all around. Never going back. Worst part is I corrected it at the window and she act like she remade the drink and didn't.

Rude management and zero customer service, charged $4 for water with a couple strawberries for looks for my 5 year old and informed me I would be paying $4 and it was impossible to add strawberrries for an additional charge they had to charge a whole latte and take everything off, then slammed the drive thru window in my face.
