Worst service at target starbucKs on 38th street.I asked for very light ice and I even stresses on the ice but this lady gave me half ice, she gave me what she wanted to give me and not what I asked for. Please don’t go there because they don’t know how to make the drinks.

I ordered 2 coffees and people who ordered after me were served first. Finally someone asked me what I ordered and prepared it for me. I usually have amazing servive.

I placed my order and waited 15min+ on 3/5/22. My order was a Venti, Frappuccino, add whip, and mocha. What I recieved was a: Venti, iced, add whip, and mocha. I went back to the manager and explained that not only was I running late to get back to work at a hospital, but I am needing a refund. This is unacceptable, low employees working, no loud voices so nobody could even hear the orders processed.

Love Starbucks and this location is one of the best! There is always a smiling face and whenever something I want isn't available they always offer me something that turns out to be justbas amazing as what I wanted.

The people are super nice, especially in the morning! The drinks are good, but most of the time they are incorrect. Be sure to check you drink before leaving! Most people are nice about changing it!

My husband and I have been working from home together since the pandemic and decided after some appointments we'd grab breakfast to head straight home and eat while we started working. I ordered on my app which is super convenient and says ready ASAP. Their estimate was like 15 minutes or so for a croissant sandwich, egg bites, and two hot drinks. We pulled up with 5 minutes left of the time estimate but I went inside anyway so I would hear my name when it was ready. I walked in and it was being put on the counter at that same time which I was pleasantly surprised about. Everything was great but I can tell the food was pre-made and heated in some way. It was fine but I'd probably just get a drink next time. Also, people need read the drive thru signage and not block the entire entrance as well as blocking the road to pass to other businesses nearby. It leaves an extremely unsafe setup for others. Be careful coming and going!

They are very kind but it takes excessively long to get through their drive thru. The line moves very slow. You can be sitting for 40+ minutes once you are locked in the drive thru and unable to back out.
