I used to love this starbucks. Lately a lot of homeless people have been hanging out inside, taking naps, leaving their belongings by the walkways etc. People usually hold meetings here and dont find this appropriate. The drinks have at times been watered down, or do not taste the way that they are supposed to.

The old staff was so much better. This staff rushes too much to make the drinks, which causes the drinks to not taste as they should. I hadn't been there in a while because my drinks are not always what I ask for and this used to never be an issue before. My drink today didn't have any creamer at all. I went back to get it remade and now there are just in my drink........ not going back to this place. The only positive thing I have to say is that the staff is friendly.

This was the worst service I have ever received at any Starbucks around the country. I ordered two pike roasts, then two parties ordered after me and received their order and left before I received my order. After I received my order, it wasn't what I ordered. I will not visit this place again, I will walk a couple of blocks the other way to the other starbucks. Worst service ever.Gave 1 star because zero is not an option.

Friendly staff and fairly speedy service. Nice easy to get to location.
What the heck happened to this location? It used to be fantastic, now the service is seriously lackluster and my orders are only right about 50% of the time. My recommendation; unless you can order on the app don't bother. The staff never gets in person orders right, and at least if you ordered on the app you can prove what you ordered.
