The staff at this location are so friendly! Feels like I’m chatting with friends every time I’m there! My chai tea is made perfectly every single time! The manager is a breath of fresh air and she’s doing an amazing job with her team!

Comfortable, Kind, Convenient. I loved how the Kroger employees each had a happy conversation with the Barista. I felt welcome,it was a perfect spot to eat the lunch I had just bought at Kroger.

States this location doesn't close til 9pm and when we came in before 830pm there was a sign stating "be back soon". 2 kroger employees informed that usually this site is closed at 845 not 9pm, and that the only starbucks employee was on break. Why take a break the last hour before close? Why close 15 minutes early so consistently that we are quoted that time? If you close at 845, change the listing. We rushed here so we wouldnt be that ahole to order $25 worth of product 5 min before close and now we're empty handed since we waited for 10 minutes while one kroger employee quietly radioed and asked if the employee would be back soon and commented that a couple customers rushed in and waited to order. Not happy as I feel we were mislead and would have ordered elsewhere, especially since we couldn't place an online order here at all, when we wanted to place it before 8pm.

Well to start with the hours posted are either wrong or said employees don't care. Was under the impression this location didn't close until 9p.m I got there before 8 they were already closed off. May not seem like a big deal but for some it is. Very unimpressed with this location. If i didn't have to give a star to leave a review ot would have no stars.
