I went to get a drink for the long ride home after visiting my husband on the evening of 9/7. The two young ladies working the shift were rude. The young lady who rung me up was very impatient she displayed this attitude towards myself and my friend. When i approached the second one I had asked if I could get classic sweetner for my drink, she looked at me and said it's sweet enough. I wanted to slash back, but I did not. Customer reps. are supposed to be kind and courteous. In this case these women are working with employees as well as patients family? Patients families who are dealing with emotional stress due to sick loved ones. If these women don't like their job they need to find another.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a pretty long time. I get the same drink every week but lately as of November 2023 my orders have recently sucked. I don’t know if they have newer employees or what but the drinks are just not it.I pay extra for certain add ons and they will not put them there or they’ll put stuff that I didn’t even order.The place has always been great and so are the employees but I guess I’ll have to go to another location because i understand that mistakes happen but everytime? And for a 10 dollar drink? I don’t think so:/

Beyn was amazing and the other staff did and amazing job at trying to keep the flow going. It was EXTREMELY busy. Took awhile for our breakfast sandwiches but that’s because there was only one guy doing them. Still great service. Thank you
