I understand that it’s a busy location, but some things stand out as adding to the frustration of waiting 30 minutes. The baristas were chatting so much with each other that the slowness was exponentially longer. One of the baristas barely said the name on the cup and no one could hear her. There was at least 20 bags of food and 15 drinks waiting for people. They should have stopped and called out the names again for those who may not have heard it the first time.
Some people had been waiting for 40+ minutes. My drink ended up being wrong, but whatever.
My biggest pet peeve is that the same barista touches all the drink at the top and not the middle. Her hands are all over everyone’s drinks. Disgusting.
And no one cared.

Horrible service! Took 25 minutes to get a drink (iced matcha) and it was very poor quality

This location in particular is painstakingly slow. It took 20 minutes to get through the line, mind you there was only six people in front of us. The employees move with absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. The lady who looks to be the manager appears as though she is totally uninterested in being here at all. This location desperately needs a manager who can get this location in order.

I wait for my latte for 20 minutes. They skipped my order and then I had to wait a long line for them to prepare my coffee.
Ordered a drink, went upstairs to get my things and checked out. Was back at Starbucks within 10 minutes. Waited 8 more then asked about my drink, and a woman told me that "that was like 30 minutes ago" and she had thrown it away. Thanks for wasting my time.
Here for a convention. 10th in line- grilled cheese and a hot mocha. Got my sandwich at the 35 minute mark. Coffee arrived at 43 minutes. 5 people behind the counter- they were all very pleasant, but extremely slow.

Their "sandwiches" have to be the worst I've ever tasted and charging $7-$8 should be criminal. All they do is take it out of the refrigerator and pop it into a microwave. The "turkey" was dry and the whole sandwich was so bad I tossed it. Shame on you Starbucks. Care about your brand and customers enough to serve decent food if you're planning to tap into that market because these sandwiches ain't it. All you're selling is a name and atmosphere

Heerlijk verblijf in het JW Marriott in Indy! !
The worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. Extremely rude staff, to the point that it was enraging and off-putting. Too bad, because the hotel is lovely.

Very little choice for breakfast, total absence of yogurt and the like, very slow and disorganized in preparation
