Went around 5 minutes before close and got a venti white mocha frappe! The barista or lead manager was so kind and complemented my pink coat which I got at Ross! Pink is my fave color and they had lot of merchandise of pink things. The baristas were very speedy even if the time crunch of 5 minutes before close and were so kind! I really love this location thank you for all the compliments girlies and the yummy drink! I’ve been here multiple times and have been confused with my ordering but the people were always kind and attentive! 🌸👙👚🩷 also very yummy and lot of whip on my frappi 😍😛🥰

Worst Starbucks on the Southside. Drink orders were wrong. Notified the manager (Taylor) and showed her the receipt because she didn’t believe me & wanted to argue with me in the drive thru line. After showing her the receipt, she still was only willing to fix one drink (like it is coming out of her paycheck). She was extremely rude and not customer friendly.

The drinks were good and good was good but manager was pretty rude/condescending as she explained a drink modification being “the last time we’re doing this.” Seeing the other reviews I’m willing to bet it was the same woman. It costs nothing to speak to people with basic kindness.

This is the worst starbucks ever!! I swear they don’t even add my extra shot of espresso. They are rude and condescending. I wouldn’t even be going to this location if the construction wasn’t going on. It might be worth it to go to a different one cuz this one is awful.

PSL was great; however, I had been there for 30-45 min working when the manager (assuming?) came up and said “so can we help you or get you something?” - I fast until 12 each day so I was waiting to order my drink so it wouldn’t melt before my fast had ended. I found it rude and honestly a little weird. The amount of money I spend at Starbucks might beat records and this was the first time I’ve ever felt uncomfortable or rushed to order. I understand ensuring folks aren’t there using your wi-fi without ordering but goodness, give people some grace before you assume the worst OR ask in a less condescending way. I would never go sit somewhere and not order. I moved outside and a man with a 10-11 year old son walked out and told him “and that’s why I’ll never be back to a Starbucks” — no idea what happened but seems like a trend (?). The manager was hovering all over the place and then working from her computer. Idk what was going on but definitely weird vibes and I won’t be back to that location.

Speedy service! Baristas are always very attentive including one named Victoria! You can see the hard work and dedication put into the drawings onto the cup, i specifically got one with many thank you’s in all capitals and smiley faces which added to the positive experience as i had just gotten off a long shift at the constriction site! My daughter always gets the strawberry acadia that’s always scrumptious! always very accommodating to adjustments to drinks and a hard worker! i will continue to come back to this location as every barista makes my day brighter!

I don’t review much but today at 07-21-2025 I daily take a hot coffee dark roast from this Starbucks everyday on my way work but the drive thru is good the staff is nice except one name ( Zeigel) that dude literally ruins my day when ever I get him as a drive thru attendant the other staff like Emma Leigh and Lee they are amazing this dude zeigel literally ruins your good mood I pray to god everyday before going to work that my day goes good and little extra that I don’t get this zeigel guy as my attendant he deliberately or allegedly ruins by making me wait and not at all while handing over the coffee the dude literally hurry’s up and disrespecting manner when ever I get this dude as my drive thru attendant the cup always leaks and if I ask him a stopper for my cup he literally and aggressively hands it over I would please please request the manager please don’t put this guy the incharge of drive thru attendant this dude zeigel always aggressively handles and he ruins your good mood I hope Starbucks and team read this review
