Huh, seems like corporate could use a little trimming of the fat if you know whay I mean. Whoever thought it was a bright idea to get rid of hot Camarel apple cider was not bright at all you know since the company got rid of it before the fall season!

Waited 20+ minutes for my drink which was not made correctly. There was one employee named Jess working hard making all of the drinks, but even she was unfriendly Everyone else was standing around talking for the most part & borderline rude.

I just left out of this location and I will never return. The you man working was very rude and just watched me stand at the register. After five minutes and laughing at God knows what he finally acknowledged that I was there. There was clearly some kind of inside joke going on, and a young woman ended up helping me. She didn't make any suggestions I asked for a large coffee with sugar and whipped cream IDK but maybe I needed to ask for creamer I'm not sure.
Sometimes they can take quite a while to get your order to you but they are always friendly.

Shout out to the drive through staff yesterday afternoon 10/9/24. I had just left St. Vincent's ICU where I lost one of my best friends of 17 years. They either heard it in my voice or saw it on my face when I placed my order. That coffee was the 1st start on my journey moving forward again without him. Thank you for your kindness.
