It's not a bad place, but inside a Kroger , there is no sign for you on the outside of the store. Also, where i was staying that had up a pop-up sign to direct you that way and doesn't tell you where it is, just an arrow, no follow-up signs. And nowhere to park once you get to the store if you are just going for coffee.

Went here a couple times. Watery Americano, too much milk in the lattes, and today I went by and no one was at the counter at 7:30pm. Idk if their hours changed but we waited around for a bit and no one was there. Disappointing for a Starbucks.

03.12.23 @ approx 1545. I just received the BEST Customer Service, here, that I have experienced, anywhere, in a long time. My only disappointment was that the SBux app failed to allow me to tip. Thank you for your kind service

Even though it's in Krogers, the ladies that serve you treat it like as a standalone. After a few visits, they tend to know what you like and serve you up in proper fashion. I highly recommend this particular Starbucks
