Super long waiting. I went there 5 minutes ago and I started being in the drive thru lane at 9:33am and didn’t leave until 9:57am. I definitely upset at how long my coffee took this morning

I literally will drive across town just for this location. The customer service is excellent and they consistently make my family’s drinks perfect. There is a Barista that sticks out the most to me her name is Paige! She’s has an amazing customer service!!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks that I visit daily, however, the air conditioner inside has been down for a couple weeks now and it is becoming super uncomfortable inside of the store. The people working the counter were unable to help and they were super hot also, I’m hoping that corporate ceased this review and helps fix it for the people working there as well as the customers. Any other day of the week this would be a five star review.

I absolutely love coming here and prefer it more than the Emerson location which isnt far. Its so peaceful, the staff is amazing, and the service is great! This is also the location I go to when I need quiet time to do my schooling. Truly recommend!

Manager did not want to make my drink how I requested because it wasn’t “policy”. I wasn’t rude, I told them every other Starbucks made my drink that way and then denied service. Won’t come back lol.

I travel quiet often visiting many Starbucks locations. This location here in Beech Grove, Indianapolis, Indiana is one of the best! The batista (Clare) greeted me with a smile and took my order. She was very professional, polite and efficient. The White Chocolate Moca 🍫 is amazing 👏. The Store Manager/Associate (Janeane) is knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. Her customer service in my opinion is impeccable! If you are a coffee ☕️ connoisseur! This team needs to be recognized for their hard work! They are an asset to this company!
