The staff in this establishment is very welcoming and always very professional services quick and efficient and even if I just got in there to sit down and use my computer and not order anything they're always very nice to me. This is how customer service is supposed to be. Good job!

If you ask for a Dark Roast coffee after 10:30 AM at the drive through, you will be refused the drink and asked to walk into the store to get your drink.If you order the dark roast through the APP, no questions asked!This was tested for 2 Months everyday.You wait for others to order 3-5 drinks and that takes more time than your request for a coffee!You pay $3 for a coffee and the employees get angry and refuse service.The Area Manager?Won’t respond to the problem!Call the 800 number and they will give you $20 for the inconvenience.Won’t change the problem.Have fun and enjoy the free beverages for the rude Beach Grove scumbags!

This is my favorite location! The manager Janine is so awesome. I hope I spelled her name right. She and the employees at this site remember your name and greet customers with such a comfortable smile and atmosphere.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been thru, they didn’t even know which order was mine when got to the window and had to make it then. Already spent ten mins in drive thru line. Won’t be back.

Little outside area, cute. The double drive up lane! Surprising. Got what I wanted, good presentation. A little patience goes a long way here. (PS Great Left and Right view of traffic to get out) Great place to come in and grab a cup of Good Morning and Good Afternoon.
I come here all the time... probably too much...and every time my drinks are made perfectly, the drive-thru line moves quickly, and the workers are friendly! Shout out to Mo for always making sure I get my extra ice. This shop is very large with tons of seating inside and outside on the huge patio.

I have a Starbucks that is closer to me on Emerson but I will drive the extra mile to come here based on these things. The parking lot is not chaotic and the lines flow quickly and smoothly. I often order ahead because I hate feeling rushed and more times than not get stressed out and order the wrong thing or something I didn’t actually want. The male barista did not make me feel rushed and actually helped me to make sure I got exactly what I was trying to get and was kind. The female barista at the window double checked to make sure I had everything I needed and wasn’t just quickly handing things off so I could get settled and things passed out to my kids and I appreciated that extra effort. She was also kind and friendly.

Worse starbucks i been too...girl at window was rude never greeted me, didnt give receipt when i asked for it she seemed to have an attitude ! Also coffee was not even full i wont be back
