Why is homosexuality/politics promoted with a gay flag in the store lobby? This is against some people’s religion and also political beliefs. So Starbucks can afford to lose half their customers? Not everyone is a liberal democrat. Some are conservatives. Easy to not do business here anymore.
My mobile order said it would be ready at 9:50am. I pulled up right at that time and the male at the window goes, “We just got that order 3 1/2 minutes ago. We usually ask for 5–8 minutes, but we’ll see you up here.”
First of all… if the app is wrong, FIX YOUR APP.
Second, there was no reason to say it in that rude, sarcastic tone. It’s too early in the morning to deal with attitude, especially for overpriced coffee that’s already hit or miss.
Also, of course, the male voice that was at the speaker Being rude wasn’t at the window

Imagine waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told “we don’t have that” then forced to wait another 15 minutes to get through the line because there’s literally no way to exit the drive through until every other slowly served customer makes it through their line. Not even an exaggeration, 30 minutes wasted and left empty handed.

hot chocolate and a brownie, the hot chocolate tasted Dull almost like powdered dirt, also didn't look like it was advertised. The brownie was really good though. The staff seem like they were unamused, no I'm pretty sure one of them was being trained. I'll probably never return here though, didn't want to go there in the first place. But it's Starbucks it is liked for whomever likes it.

I don't even live here; I live in Missouri, but this is the nicest Starbucks I've ever been to. Mainly because of the staff/service. I've never experienced such attentive, efficient, and friendly staff. Keep it up!

The manager of this Starbucks location is so kind and is always helping out the drive-through. The staff in general are thoughtful.

I was paying for my stuff at the drive through, i thought i clicked “no thank you” when it asked for a tip. instead i accidentally hit the biggest tip, I told the cashier Hey sorry I can’t see (the sun was shining directly on the payment machine and it was middle of the afternoon) so that she could go back, she told me no its okay to just tap my card so i figured I did in fact click “no tip” come to find out when i check my card I clicked the biggest tip, it’s not a big deal however i found it very weird and almost felt like i got taken advantage of from the cashier.

Starbucks, do you know what they're doing?
This morning, I visited this beautiful and quiet Starbucks branch and had a wonderful experience that truly made my day.
I ordered an Americano coffee (Venti size) along with a Cheese Danish and a Cinnamon Coffee Cake, both warmed to perfection. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served exactly how I like it.
What stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff. They greeted me with warm smiles that instantly brightened my morning. It’s always a pleasure to start the day with great coffee and kind people.
Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a calm atmosphere, excellent service, and quality coffee and pastries.

Ordered a sweet cream cold brew with vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top. Waited for my drink because they were busy, which is no problem, but when handed my drink it didn’t have the cold foam. Asked the barista at the drive through and he said “it melted” then shut the window…you just made the drink so how did it melt? Also, I have ordered this drink too many times before to know it doesn’t “melt” and they don’t swirl your cold foam in. Too expensive to have drink order dismissed.

I'm in here almost every day and it's my favorite store. Amazing, friendly people who always know me and what I order, sometimes it's being made before I'm paying.
