This is the best starbucks I’ve ever been to! The staff is the best in every way. They’re quick, kind, and my drinks are always perfect!! I always go out of my way to go to this starbucks because of the amazing baristas!!!! ❤️

I asked for 2 venti drinks and the lady seemed very aggravated for my drinks, I want a pumpkin spiced iced latte with extra whip, she even repeated it back to me and then choose to put it as cold foam. I was not very happy with what I got

so rude!! complaining about making certain drinks right in front of customers:( lady was so mean and had an attitude from the very beginning. hopefully she was just having a bad day and isn’t always that unpleasant. can’t see what her name is but has brown hair and wears eyeliner and glasses and was working on 10/15. coughed and didn’t wash her hands before continuing to make drinks, on her phone while handing out drinks, slamming things on the counter, etc.

So far the Slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. More than 10 minutes for a bagel and small drink; and the bagel was almost cold by the time I got it. Even though they weren’t super busy and there was at least 7 people working.

i’ve been going to this starbucks consistently for two years and not only are all the staff extremely friendly but the service is also amazing. It’s very clean inside of the store and the restrooms. Definitely one of my favorite locations in the downtown area!!

Drinks are always made quickly and deliciously, they never run out of anything, and the baristas clearly deserve a raise for always adding cute pics or funny sayings on our cups. They manage to put smiles on our faces and brighten our day every time!

I’ve visited this location many times, and every single time I leave happy. The store is always clean, the seating is comfortable, and the customer service is consistently friendly. The staff here are truly amazing.

Tonight, I ordered an Americano with 6 shots of espresso — it had been a long day, and I really needed it. They made it with care, just the way I like it.

The smell of coffee in the air truly makes you feel like you’re in Starbucks, and the background music helps you forget all your stress. I absolutely love this atmosphere.

Thank you to the entire team! I highly recommend visiting this branch.

Love getting my coffee at starbucks. Most specifically their store at Hyatt Regency. The location is perfect. Their staff are very accommodating they always wear their contagious smile 😃. I love on how they make my coffee ☕️.

They recently remodeled so that the sinks and hand dryers for the two bathrooms are part of the main dining space. As someone sensitive to sound, this was very irritating while waiting 20 minutes for my drink with no line in the store because they were busy making so many mobile pickup orders. Think of this as a pickup only location.

This location was clean and very busy. Plenty of free parking on a nice spot with easy access to local eateries. Sadly they only had two employees working. Definitely need to work on better staffing. That being said, the two gentlemen that were working were doing an amazing job! Keep up the good work and make sure you're taking care of these employees that not only show up to work but do an outstanding job! I got a venti iced Americano and my daughter tried the new blueberry and coconut ice drink. She thought it was fantastic! Hopefully they keep it on the menu for a while.

I have been a faithful customer here at the Westside center for over 2 years.the coffee and food is not that good and it's way overpriced. I spend about $10 every time I go in and when my daughter is with me I spend an extra $8 for her drink. I have always been treated well there until today. I went in with my daughter and spent quite a bit. Then I left for just a few minutes and when I came back the manager said that I had to pay full price for my coffee for a refill. I couldn't believe it !!! I then told her she was losing a good customer because of it. I told her I wouldn't be back and she didn't seem to care. I can find mediocre coffee and food anywhere. Don't go there it's not worth it !!!
