Asked for my drink made a specific way and all those the barista was very nice he completely ignored what I asked for... all 3 drinks was terrible clumped with the dragon fruit pieces ewww! And it made the drinks dark and thick! Waste of money... and although they offered to make them over, I just didn't have the time to sit and wait. Smh maybe next time.

Starbucks is supposed to be a “third place environment” between work and home. It doesn’t feel like it at this location. I walk in, and I’m being stared at nastily by the baristas. When my order is being taken, I’m talked over. When I spell my name, not even my full name but my 4 LETTER NICKNAME for Christ’s sake, they spell it wrong every time.

Honestly, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart: you guys suck.

Great store, partners are so so nice, but I got a latte and there was about an inch of room from the top of the cup. I get not steaming enough milk but you should steam a short amount and add it instead of just handing it out. Starbucks is a luxury and people do not deserve to be shorted when you don’t feel like doing more.

Well it took awhile to get our order as they seem to prioritize door dash orders over the in person customers not sure how that works but the food was very poor in quality and in taste I do not eat or visit Starbucks often but I gave it a shot today with a friend of mines and I would say the beverage was great but everything else was not a great first impression in my opinion the sandwich I ordered looked completely opposite of what is advertised online and on the menu that was the kicker for me. Had I known I would’ve made this at home.

I order a cappuccino and it tasted off I open the lid there was oil like substance on top of the coffee and this is most disgusting thing I ever consumed they also messed up my fiancé order too it didn't even have any flavoring that I asked for in his drink for a hot Carmel coffee it just straight up taste like only black coffee I diffently won't be back

This location sucks! i ordered at the counter and the girl taking my order i didn’t notice she didn’t ask for my name so when i waited about 20 minutes for my drink i finally asked about it and she said she placed it on the counter but never told me so i asked for it to please be remade since she never called for me and i was patiently waiting in their lobby. she rolled her eyes, huffed, and remade my latte with decaf espresso out of spite even though i was polite about the situation. Won’t be back and will be sharing my experience with others!

Got here before closing and the doors were already locked! The girl inside said they were closed. Yet it clearly states that they are open until 8:30pm.

Attentive staff. Quick service and good quality. Starbucks never disappoints. Came here right before work and although they were out of nitro, I was still able to get my regular Flat White. Tons of IU-Indy students so it kept the place vibrant and going. Good location close to the campus. Would continue to support here for local coffee.

Love the free wifi, only reason I go there , coffees not bad either ?

New renovated starbucks is a good place to hangout for coffee. Staffs are good too!
