Always in and out. Just how I like my coffee services. I had jumped in a line on my way to an interview and by the looks of it I thought I would be late. Their service saved my interview! Thanks Crew
Vegetarian options: They have many milk substitutes like soy and almond to go into any of the drinks served
Parking: Parking available but small lot
Kid-friendliness: If your kid likes coffee, get them a cup.

First off, I have been to this Starbucks many times and always order Caramel Crunch Frappé with the Caramel and Crunch at the bottom, middle and top. However, lexxy who identified herself as the manager, advised me that they don't make the customers order to their request. She makes my frappè with only the crunch and caramel at the bottom and top. I then informed her that I requested it to be placed in the middle, so she decided to redo it but with an attitude. Lexxy (MANAGER) decided to put so much caramel inside of the cup it went all the way to the bottom in a thick glob, where I couldn't sip the drink. I then called to speak with the manager after noticing allllllllllllllll the caramel forming at the bottom of the cup. As I speak to the manager explaining the situation about the person that made the drink, whole time it was LEXXY instead of her identifying that "oh that was me that fixed your drink" she was being very antagonizing, rude and provided very bad customer service. As I'm still on the phone with her as I pulled up to Starbucks to take my drink in she continued to antagonize me asking "well why you didn't bring it right back" "why you didn't do this?" I told her well I'm pulling up as I come inside I witnessed her smiling and talking through her headset while hanging up from with me as I'm coming in. I'm like oh so you're the same person who made my drink but you didn't mentioned it on the phone. I asked her for corporate number and she said with attitude for me to Google it. She refunded me my money, however I'm still waiting for it to show on my card. This was very disappointing to get that kind of customer service being that I have never experienced this from this location or any other location. And for this to be a MANAGER, this is how Starbucks train their managers and employee's. The service and food is a 0. This isn't the type of person I would want being the face of my company.

Busy place therefore everything else suffers. Tried to buy a cup and was told they no longer sell cups unless it is from the drive-thru.

I was starving and rushed. Ordered the new turkey sage Danish. Besides being uncooked in the middle, it had to be the most disgusting thing I've eaten in a long time. I couldn't exchange it for the spinach feta wrap, because of course, they were out. Not going back.
