Been to this location a few times, 1st 2 times, I had to tell them my order even though I pre-ordered in my app, then I get to the window and still don't get all my items. Not sure if they need more help or not. No complaints about my items, that new refresher was good & I tried the new orange cake pop. Overall, it was decent, just need to step up a little.
