Can’t get into the building to even order food unless you have a badge. Would’ve been nice to know before walking over from Riley.
I have been visiting this café daily for the past month and a half while my son has been in the hospital across the street. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing.
Despite visiting regularly, I have only received the correct drink order twice. I've overheard staff discussions about who is making the drinks, and it's disheartening to hear them respond rudely when customers request specific preparations. As someone who has spent a considerable amount of money here, I expected better service and quality.
I understand that everyone has tough days, but a little kindness goes a long way, especially in a setting where people are often seeking comfort during difficult times. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience for all customers.

I placed an order for a coffee and a sandwich, they charged me for the coffee twice and I realized it was when I arrived at my destination (because I had asked for the receipt) and I called repeatedly, communication being impossible, earlier I had made another order and I set my phone to scan my app (both times) but when I checked to verify the extra charge, the purchases were not in the app, the cashier just didn't care and didn't tell me that it wasn't being scanned

Refused to make drink orders and quickly denies having any ingredients to substitute our order, laughed as we walked out saying “have a great day” giggling like something was funny? Very odd and not worth the time

My son got a pumpkin spiced latte and I got a mocha latte. They were both amazing, and definitely would go again. The drinks were made to perfection. The atmosphere was beautiful and calming. Just beautiful. ❤

Always get exactly what I order, quickly & with a smile, which is impressive with how busy they get ….and how unbelievably rude & demanding other customers are with the staff…. I wouldn’t last a day in the their shoes! Kudos to the crew

My drink has been made incorrectly several times at this location things as simple as Carmel in a Carmel frappe aren’t done correctly and not to mention how long it take for them prepare drinks and take order this a very unsatisfactory Starbucks location and should be shut down until it is properly staffed

I am lactose intolerant, so I ordered coconut milk in my frappe which is an $0.80 upcharge. Instead I was given whole milk and I didn't notice until after I drank part of it and started feeling ill. So not only did I not get the upgrade I paid for, I'm now going to feel ill and have a migraine for the rest of the day. The training & product quality for Starbucks has gone way down.

Good coffe
I actually want to give a 0. You do not deserve even 1 star! They refuse to make drinks for our clinic. We follow their rules and we still get refused! Completely unacceptable. I do not see how a store that sells drinks refuses to sell drinks? I wish there was another Starbucks closer to Riley that we could walk to.
