My son got a pumpkin spiced latte and I got a mocha latte. They were both amazing, and definitely would go again. The drinks were made to perfection. The atmosphere was beautiful and calming. Just beautiful. ❤

Always get exactly what I order, quickly & with a smile, which is impressive with how busy they get ….and how unbelievably rude & demanding other customers are with the staff…. I wouldn’t last a day in the their shoes! Kudos to the crew

My drink has been made incorrectly several times at this location things as simple as Carmel in a Carmel frappe aren’t done correctly and not to mention how long it take for them prepare drinks and take order this a very unsatisfactory Starbucks location and should be shut down until it is properly staffed

I am lactose intolerant, so I ordered coconut milk in my frappe which is an $0.80 upcharge. Instead I was given whole milk and I didn't notice until after I drank part of it and started feeling ill. So not only did I not get the upgrade I paid for, I'm now going to feel ill and have a migraine for the rest of the day. The training & product quality for Starbucks has gone way down.

I actually want to give a 0. You do not deserve even 1 star! They refuse to make drinks for our clinic. We follow their rules and we still get refused! Completely unacceptable. I do not see how a store that sells drinks refuses to sell drinks? I wish there was another Starbucks closer to Riley that we could walk to.

I have given this Starbucks multiple chances but seems to disappoint every time. My clinic has gone to Starbucks and place orders only to get refused due to " 3 drinks per person" rule and when we follow that rule we still get refused. Horrible customer service. Never going back.

I called ahead on Monday to pick up a Traveler of coffee for our meetings that day. The young girl was quite helpful & it was all ready when I arrived. I called again on Friday & a different associate told me they can't accept call ahead orders for Travelers. Well... yes sometimes there is an unfortunate policy mix up & not the end of the world (though it doesn't make sense... why not allow call aheads?) . But what deserves a 1 star wasn't the mix up but the manager. She got on the phone next and laid down the law as if I was a drunk customer. She told me sternly that this should not have happened, they never allow call aheads, & that I needed to come in person & wait like everyone else. Nothing about "sorry for the mix up, but we'd still like your business if you can come in." Just "I'm the manager, I'm right." Well... lost my business. I called the next Starbucks down the road & they certainly took my Traveler order over the phone. I asked them about rules against call aheads & they said "of course we take them, why wouldn't we. It takes 10 minutes to put a traveler together."

Stop lying to people. It is NOT more money to go on a bum check (SSDI check). That's stolen goods. Worst hospital ever!
