Walk in and the manager complaining about walking out and it's almost closing time and still had 30 mins so we walked out

I love steak and shake, but this location seems understaffed at all times, and are unwilling to serve through the drive through, eventhough the parking lot is empty. This has happened multiple times.

Ordered a number 4 everything no onion, got a number 4 with extra onion and none of the other things I ordered on it and to top it off ,Cold fries. Terrible all around

The food was very good. Unfortunately, some items were not available like ice for the fountain drinks and ketchup. I had to wait for them to be refilled. The worst part about this location was the restroom. The lack of cleaning Ness made it very uncomfortable to use the restroom.

Parking: There is plenty of parking space.

Steak and Shake is just not the same wonderful place to take the family out to eat anymore. It's so sad.

Bought 3 Frisco Melts, all were hot, delicious, and what I expect. Store was clean, restroom was dirty, feasible though, given the fact there were only women working. The women were respectful though, which made the bathroom issue sort of mute.

Parking: Lots of parking. Even during rush hours, one should have no issues finding parking.

Give it a 2 because they were nice at the drive thru, but the food super gross and the burgers burned, fries cold, and forgot items this was after we had to pull up and wait 30 min, while I don't mind the wait, to get food like that was terrible. I do want to add this was the 1st time at this location getting food like this and hopefully they can do better next time.

Came in on Sunday night at 8:50 pm. Got up to the order screen inside and just when we were about to hit submit we were told by the grill operator that our food would be made to to because they were closing the dining room in ten minutes. We had met up with my son for dinner so getting it to go was not an option. Since Steak N Shake is mostly self service now it didn’t make sense that we couldn’t order or food and eat it since we were in the restaurant before they closed the dining room and were still going to be open in the drive thru for a few more hours. We were a party of six so that a decent amount of money that walked out the door. Unfortunate. I want to see Steak N Shake succeed but letting business walk out the door is not a way to stay in business.

I just went thru the drive order the #1. I ask for my burger with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup & mayo only. I get home & it has ketchup, pickle & onion. I ask for a Coke no ice. She puts ice in it. I said I ask for no ice. Hands me another coke. I tried calling 6x to let them know about my hamburger. No answer. They wasn't busy 2 cars in the parking lot. That's belonged to the workers. Poor service. I don't understand how this position is still open. Lost my business for good
