Just ordered a chili to go.. got home and its literally noodles with beans. There is no taste. Disappointed as Ive been getting this for years and never had a location give me chili with no sauce.

Fresh steakburgers with crisp tomato and lettuce, and the fries were really good too. Staff and the cook were super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Great experience.

The girl I’m the drive thru is a VIBE!!! Great service hot fresh food. Great customer service very friendly, clean bathrooms.

They have let automation replace basic customer focus. You can pay for a drink but the machine requires your receipt from the order screen. The attendant seemed clueless for a solution. For the concern of giving away a coke you have lost any chance of future sales from this customer. Fix your focus

Order at a kiosk.
Set at a table until your order is called.
Bus your own trash.
Reminds me of an expensive Taco Bell with hamburgers.

Food was about as good as it gets at a fast food place. Meal deals give you a burger and fries for like $6 - definitely a good deal. Also enjoyed the reese’s chocolate peanut butter shake.

Refused to serve us in the dining room even though it said open. They said they were closing to clean even though it was within business hours posted

No milkshakes really maybe change your name?
Steak'n shake is on the fast track to bankruptcy. With their dirty restaurants and their kiosks that don't work. Bring back the humans!

There are only cooks in there now. When you get a drink , fill it up let it over flow because you get ONE pass at that machine. This should be a drive up, not a set down family friendly restaurant anymore

They gentleman that made my order was GREAT. He was working by himself and was super personable, very efficient and helpful. As a traveler passing throug from out of town he made my stop a great one. He deserves a raise for his hard work, customer service and work ethic.

So I went to steak n shake today and it was so odd seeing how much they have changed! They don't have alot of the things they did 20 years ago because well the big covid 19 scare of 2020 almost killed every restaurant but I would much rather pay 9 bucks for a steak burger. Fries and drink from Steak and Shake than any of the fake food that they sell at McDonald's just saying! So I really hope people start giving steak and Shake a chance because it is just a shame that you pay 10 bucks for McDonalds Little Mac that you can't even see the meat on the sandwich when you get it!
