However steak in shake is a non service restaurant. Its unfortunate that steaknkshake is no longer a customer service restaurant and they ask for a tip. So not sure why when you order your own food picked up your self and get your own drinks.

It was good but it will never be the same sense they done away with all the waiters that took your orders this is the first time I have been back and don't care if I ever go back or not, you have to order your own food on a computer i hate it they have destroyed stake and shake

I went through the drive through to get myself a shake and a burger for my dog. I ordered a single patty, no bun. The server got it immediately that I was ordering for my 4 legged kid. He was friendly and service was prompt. I ordered a red velvet shake for myself - it was one of the best shakes I ever had. After waiting somewhat patiently, Shenzi devoured her burger!

Every single Wednesday I come here with my buddies we always get amazing service and amazing food the young manager Kenneth I believe he said does amazing job on always making our food fresh he stops what he’s doing gets excited to see us every Wednesday he always hangs out with us and talks for a little before he has to go back to work he’s just a overall good person the staff in general today was amazing always welcoming been coming for 8 months now will be coming more in the future! -Ron-nick

Every time I order from here they fill the drink up entirely with ice. When I ask for no ice they always add it anyway. I just spent $21 on a drink and fries on doordash and they only filled my drink half way. Idk why they're so stingy about drinks, especially if I'm the one paying for it.
