Got there with my father and brother and had an accident at the counter spilling my shake repeatedly apologizing but thankfully got a refund without even asking and they cleaned up quickly.

Genuinely so friendly, was greeted when walking in. Servers were so nice and helpful, they brung us our food, took our trash and wished us good day. Even though they’ve converted to the kiosks, they still are very involved with customers and make them feel welcomed. The food was great and came out fast!

I went through the drive thru today and was blown away by Beth’s hospitality! Even though I was going through drive thru, she made me feel like she was waiting on me at a table. Phenomenal customer service!
It has been years since I've gone to StakenShake because of their changes. I definitely miss the servers. However, the gentleman that was working the kitchen and floor was extremely polite and funny. He made the experience slightly closer to what stakenshake used to be. I did not get his name or else I would mention it. He worked on New Years Eve around 3pm. I would like to thank him for a wonderful experience.

Steak ’n Shake consistently delivers an awesome dining experience, and this visit was no exception. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process quick and easy, even during a busy time. The food was the real highlight. The steakburgers were cooked perfectly—hot, juicy, and full of flavor, with fresh toppings and a soft, toasted bun. You can really taste the quality in the beef. The fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and generously portioned. And of course, the milkshakes were amazing: thick, creamy, and made just right. It’s hard to beat a classic Steak ’n Shake shake, especially with so many flavors to choose from. Service was fast without feeling rushed, and the staff checked in to make sure everything was good, which I really appreciated. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making it a great value whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal. Overall, Steak ’n Shake is a reliable favorite for delicious burgers, great shakes, and solid service. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone craving classic American comfort food done right, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again.

They now have an kiosk to order and everything runs pretty smoothly amd efficiently. The only issue i had is that they have a receipt that you have to scam every time you need to use the soda machine and it worked almost the whole time except for the last refill. Im not sure if there's a refill limit or time limit to use the soda fountain, but had to have an employee help refill my drink by taking it behind the counter to refill. Outside of this, food was great, fresh, and friendly atmosphere to make memories with friends and family.
