Best damn steak & shake I've had in 3 years across the Midwest. I'm not the only one who thinks so. My entire family and some friends make it a point to stop there anytime they're visiting me. The service is respectful and fast. Pride is taken in preparing our food. If you miss Steak & Shake like we had been, stop in and find out for yourselves. 🙂

So y’all give out receipts for free milkshakes, but then the email with the code never shows up even after checking spam and your manager says they can’t do anything without it? If you know the system doesn’t work, why are you still putting it on receipts? Stop wasting people’s time. Tf.

Steak and Shake has gone downhill big time. A kiosk takes your order and asks for a tip before you are even served. And you have to get up to get your food. I'm not a huge fan of tipping for no service. And the food just isn't that great.

long wait on order, witnessed a worker kick people out of the dinning room because they were “too” busy. unbelievable service.
Im posting because im bery surprised. Chain hasnt been great the last 10 years or so. I dont know if it's just this location, but the food was very good. Frisco melt bread got thicker. Ever their cheese cup is bigger now. Something a small coleslaw would come in.

Boy, I tell you what. I used to love Steak n Shake. I think most of us can probably agree that the quality of most locations declined pretty significantly 10 or 12 years ago and never really recovered. So, today at 5am I placed a mobile order ~10 minutes away. Not only did they bring it right out to me, but the guy was super nice, and the food is great. I didn't go in, but this was by far the best Steak n Shake experience I have had in over a decade. I hope you all are paying your employees decent wages because they are working hard with a good attitude and deserve good pay for it.

I used to work at steak ‘n Shake a while back. I stopped going there because the quality of the food wasn’t always great. We decided to take my grandchildren after trunk or treat. At first walking in I wasn’t too sure about the kiosk And no waitresses. did they prove me wrong? The surface was amazing. The quality of the food was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at steak ‘n Shake.. Bobby, the name of the guy that helped us tremendously. Definitely going back.
Kid-friendliness: Great high chairs. My grandchildren are very picky eaters And they ate all of their food. Which says a lot.
