Food was good, and when my toddler dropped his hot dog on the floor, the staff very kindly made another one for him, free of charge. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Was given some expired tasting Vanilla-Milk shakes by a man who coincidentally also respesibles one with an attitude and everything. Didn't even apply the happy hour discount. Never again coming..

Another entitled group of workers…. No answer in drive thru…proceeded to the window and got no answer at the window so I went inside…. No hi or anything, just a blue haired person stating “yeah not ready for serving yet and won’t be ready for another hour” and that was it…. Not even a bye LoL they’ll be closed down soon

When I told the person at the drive thru that there was trash all over their parking lot and soda cans below the drive up window and soda all over the outside of drive thru window, they told me to take my food and go and shewed me away! If they don’t want to hear what customers expect, they won’t survive. Going to Freddy’s next time!

So I just came from this Steak ‘n Shake and this just ruin my appetite hair was in my food like this is so nasty I come here all the time and this as never happened
