Was in Steak n Shake today my frisco burger was raw, I’ve been feeling sick was out that way with a friend man I’m telling you I might have to drive back out there tomorrow if I can make it. Just nasty and they took a while to fix my food a lady just told me not to eat her but I didn’t listen and I was hungry. Check y’all’s food.

Arive here at about 11:45pm. This place is hideous, understaffed waitresses ignore you they have terrible attitudes. Sign says please wait to be seated but ended up seating our selves. Customers are waiting to be served. Restaurant is full. 12:05am and still not even ask if we'd like to be seated. Servers are ignoring us deliberately. Being very attentive to other customers. Restaurant has cleared out. Still not approached by server. Other customers are coming in being waited on. No service yet. 12:50am

Tried working here but too many changes need to take place before this place operates at a steady pace. I would have to suggest a change in how the resteraunt is managed. Nothing wrong with there personalities, they're great people! I think maybe some titles need to be demoted or let go. Maybe time to let a man take charge in some of his restaurants. Nothing against woman I just have never seen a guy as lead in any of his three locations and one is now closed and up for sale.

Twice Now I have found hair in my food, never going back. Take awhile to get your food as well. The Waitress' Are Great, but Management and Food Prep/Cook Needs Work.

Facility was pretty dirty and understaffed. Couldn't even get shakes for the kids. A staff member apologized for being undermanned, but he did so by yelling at the entire restaurant. I understood why he did it, but very unprofessional â€â™‚ï¸.

This establishment is filthy. Should have read reviews before we came. Every inch was absolutely disgusting - floors, restroom, tables. Given the rest of the restaurant, I can't imagine the kitchen is clean. Gross.
Always fast service . Great food. Friendly management. Thank you for always letting me drive thru in my tow truck. Been around for years, and overall awesome place. Been out Towing late before and seen some weird things after midnight. My goto everytime after hours. Thanks for being a1.

The kitchen is a mess it is really gross. Alot of the workers standing around and not doing anything. The floors and walls are a mess. There is no drive thru and they use dirty cleaning water for all the surfaces without cleaning it out. I would not come here.

Can't anyone be surprised this location is closed, is the closest to our house, but we quit coming here long ago, poor service that made everything about this location bad. Hopefully if they reopen, they will do so with better service.

The past 3 times I've been here, it goes the same way: 1) wait forever for the car in front of you to order, 2) pull up to be told to be told to hold on placing your order, 3) wait until the people behind you are honking, 4) IF they ever come back to take your order after the honking & asking if anyone's there (and twice they didn't respond to either), they take your order & make the next car repeat the same process. I swear they don't take the next order at the drive-thru until they cook & serve the previous order. Generally, the people at the window have been nice, but it's so poorly run I won't ever go back here. I'd rather drive 5-10 minutes out of my way to get decent service.
