Fifteen minutes waiting at the curb for my drive-thru order is too long. (Chili Mac and a Frisco Melt.) I believe she was waiting until the two orders pulled up behind me were ready before bringing them all out at once. My food was cold once I got it.
This isn't the first time that an order took too long.

Horrible. I understand mistakes happen but when I called to inform them the manager was extremely rude. The person I ordered a cookie and cream milk shake for is allergic to peanuts. When I gave her the milk shake it had cookie dough, snickers and something else in it that was not cookie n cream. It was also dirty at the bottom of the milk shake. It got all on her clothes and car seats. 0/10

I miss the old days before COVID. You order & pay on a computer at the front counter. They yell out your name & you go up & get it. Next time I'll just order on the app & eat at home.

Everything is kiosk based, you self order, seat yourself, pick up your food, but they still expect tips...the food is still so yummy, I tip. 🤣🤣

No more table service. Instead, you have to order at the counter from a screen rather than a person, and cash is not accepted, per the sign. The kiosk makes sure to ask for tips, though.
No more of the hot sauce with peppers in it. The food was okay. I didn't like the chili in a paper cup instead of a bowl, plastic utensils suck, and I would have preferred the burger on a plate instead of a plastic basket, like it used to be.
Their executives have ruined the franchise. It feels more like a cafeteria scene in a dystopia movie. Yet, somehow, they keep it expensive. Too bad. I used to really like taking my family there and I like the food. The 2 (maybe 3) guys in the kitchen seemed okay, but busy.
This is not a reflection on the workers or their performance. The place was clean and the order didn't take long.

I canceled an item and ordered another item. Ended up with both. A person in our group ordered a meal and tried to add a chile. He ended up with 3 Chile's and no fries.

Horrible. Cooks today are ruining fast food the fools actually think that people cant tell a cold ass sandwich vs a hot one made to order & the worse part is they serve the cold food w broken dry bread to a repeat customer, right infront of their floor manager, says alot about todays management. Too lazy to do the job they're paid to do, so they prefer to roll the dice & give a customer sominella. America, we're becoming to complacent with bs customer service. MAKE AMERICAS BURGERS GREAT AGAIN- OR GET THE HELL OUT OF THE KITCHEN.
