Haven’t been to a Steak N Shake since before Covid but this was an immaculate experience. Had the Frisco Meal and it was perfect. The beef tallow fries are so much better than I remember. While I had no issues, I personally saw the manager resolving another customers small issue and she was extremely courteous. Kitchen staff were super friendly as well. I honestly can’t wait to come back.

On 10/26 I came through the drive through and it took over and hour before I even got close to the window and that’s only because 3 cars pulled off after waiting so long. As I was pulling off I saw the girl just staring at her phone and not helping anyone. The turnaround time here is HORRIBLE. Well today I tried to show grace and come by again. After 45 min I pulled up and saw the lady just scrolling on her phone. This time I took video. You can clearly see her scrolling through her phone and acting like I’m a bother to her scroll time. I am so blown away by how far this place has let the employees go. They are never in a rush, they take their sweet time and you I personally watched you lose over $100 in business in a 5 min window. I can only imagine the total loss to this place simply because nobody want to work these days. Lazy, unprofessional and I will not go back until I know it’s improved and I will earn others as well. No fast food should take 30-40 mins on a regular basis.
