Older black man at drive through keeps trying to flirt with my friend every time we order food, despite clear disinterest. It’s genuinely really annoying and gross, considering how my friend is probably half his age anyways. I am actually to the point of wondering if I should call corporate or something, it’s that bad. Unless some action is taken I don’t think either of us will be getting any more food from this location.

I'm not sure if this is this location only or across all locations, but I was highly disappointed. Nobody to take my order, use the tablet, which I am fine with at other places but was expecting service like every other visit to every other steak n shake. Once seated, we had to get our own drinks that we had to scan our receipt for. When we were at our booth they called our number and we had to go get the food. When did this all change. When prompted for a tip, I gave one, thinking there would be service, but there was none. If I walk into another steak n shake and see this from the start, I am turning right around. The burger was good, but they did not have the one I typically get as an option in the tablet. Luckily, this is not my local restaurant, so I will not have any problem not going back there.

One of the best individual fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to. Their drive through is fast, accurate, & the food that comes out of it is well made & handed to you by polite employees. I’ve also biked to it & gone inside to pick up my food & it’s no different there: clean place with fast, good food.

Surprisingly due to this chain's history of slow service and just fast food service nowadays, this restaurant was on it! Super friendly helpful staff, quick service, very clean and the food was good! I was really impressed.

Man steak and shake's food. Just keeps getting worse and worse. I thought it was just an Anderson thing with all the seasoned salt, but it's not anderson does not have a steak and shake. No more. So I have to stop at steak and shakes out of town. My daughter likes their fries. It's her favorite for some reason, even though they're little gross, nasty things there's so much salt on their burgers. These days can't even hardly eat it. Chili was gross fries were gross?Milkshake was good, but boy, is that hard to mess up !! For thirty plus dollars would rather go anywhere else

Spotlessly clean, prompt food service, excellent quality and assistance is available at the touch screen consoles. This is a friendly and well run location and the food was delicious! Manager (patient and professional) was training a staff member during my visit and still the service was on point. Previously visited this location a few years ago and the changes are notable!
