Ordered a steak burger combo, a grilled cheese combo, two drinks, dipping sauces, a shake, and chicken fingers. No steak burger, no grilled cheese, no sauces, no shake arrived. I ordered again, no shake or dipping sauces arrived again.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's close parking for handicap and wheelchair accessibility. The double doors are a little heavy but accessible.

I ordered inside of the store and as I was waiting for my food an off duty employee walked in , and as soon as an on duty employee saw this person she threw French fries and hit me as I sat waiting for my food. I find it unprofessional and unsanitary. The cook apologized multiple times for the incident but I feel disrespected

The dining room was very clean. The employees were very friendly and the food was awesome.
Good service despite the self serve atmosphere. Food and shakes were brought to our table with friendly faces. The “server” returned with spoons and straws. Food was hot and tasty and delivered in a reasonable time.

I went to this place today with my 2 daughters and I ordered hamburgers and they were too salty. I told the manager that the hamburgers and fries were too salty and he just told me that they don't put salt in the food. I told the cook and he told me that the manager had made my hamburgers and he didn't know about them. The manager acted like he didn't know anything. It was a very bad place to eat. Very irresponsible people. A very bad experience for my daughters who couldn't eat the hamburgers because they were too salty. And the manager at the end had a very rude attitude. The manager's name is "DAVID."

Got wrong food in drive thru when I come back to get right food.have yo wait for right food to be made again ...takes wrong bag throws it in trash. Could of kept it for the inconvenience and not of wasted perfectly good food.

After work, I walked in, and the odor was worse coming the bathroom. The floor was dirty, the table was dirty, the vending soda was dirty, and the ketchup dipped was dirty. There were 3 guys working there. I ordered a western bbq burger and large fries. The missing was fried onions. Why did you put too much bbq sauce on my burger?! I ate the fries, and it tasted like a day old mixed with dirty water. Thanks a lot, guys, for ruining my dinner. Get it together, clean up the place plus the bathroom, and cook better.
