Went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered 4 5.99 meals 1 hot dogs 4 cheese cups she hands us the food within 2 minutes get home and the food was so disgusting the meat was not fresh the hotdog we asked for ketchup ..This place is a joke just close already

i’m a vegetarian so i’ve never had anything here but i went here with my friends and decided to ask what the beef tallow meant? i wondered if it meant there was actual meat by product in the fries. they told me exactly “tallow is what we fry everything in” and then i asked if that had meat in it…? and 3 different people went onto the headset horribly explaining what beef freaking tallow was to me like i was stupid. got to the window, not a soul had a smile, nobody said anything besides a total. MIND U when i was at the window i saw on their machine that they had a picture of WHAT TO SAY TO PPL WHEN THEY ASK WHAT BEEF TALLOW IS…. customer service is non existent here. please TEACH your employees to be kind idk

Service was horrible and racist. They did not make or remake my food correctly. I asked for a certain sandwich and a certain bun so I was charged for it and after I left I just and tried to just call the manager and get the problem resolved. He was immediately rude and irate. He did not want to fix his mistake nor did he want to refund my money. So I came back to the restaurant to show him my sandwich and that it was wrong and I was Racially profiled and trespassed on the property.

This is THE BEST Steak and Shake I have ever been to. I work with college students and we usually bring like 30 people to this store at night. Despite there being so many of us, they have our food done fast and the employees are so patient & kind. Last time we went it was one of the students’ birthday so they gave him a free shake & brownie! The food is always hot and the restaurant is always clean. We will definitely be back!

The guy who's usually at the grill has long, curly hair. He should wear a hat. It's always possible that organic matter like dandruff and other tissue could fall into the hamburger meat. Please, hygiene is paramount.

I got a coney dog and everything was basically falling off of it and the bun was extremely soggy and it was breaking in my hand but i suppose you'll have that. Staff was nice and bathrooms were CLEAN. and if you like dreamsicles I recommend the orange dreamsicle shake 😋

Came to pick up my order in time, Manger said they are making it now. 15min went by so I stood up by pick-up area, manager seemed annoyed and asked staff about my order again. Then the staff member said it's been done, so we received 4 MELTED shakes.

Guy had 100 bill. Refused help him. He had go spend it to come back. Hold receipts scan to get refill. No flavored syrups anymore.food ended up in wrong basket. Fries cold. Does have app earn points for foods or shakes. Happy hr 2_4 shakes half off. So quiet I'm use line and being seated real plates bowls glasses. Now it has new burger called bitcoin burger. Trying rid cash. They didn't charge fee to use credit like some do.
