If I could give 0 stars I would always close early I waited at the microphone for them to take my order in drive threw for 10mins then drink had no ice in it and fries was cold lady at the window was very rude I asked to speak to manager she said she was the manager and shut the window on me I will not return to this location

I asked for a dbl steak burger extra cheese mayo and mustard. I get dbl steak burger pickle, mayo, mustard, ketchup and onion! This girl was more worried about what my drink was. I will never return. I just don't understand how you can mess this up. No one in lobby and I'm the only one in the drive thru.

Ordered/paid for food on the app. No one answered the door nor my attempts at the window even though someone was inside. Placed complaint thru the app for MGMT to call me directly.....have not been contacted yet. Service has been spotty for at least the last 30-60 days, but it seemed to be improving until this incident.

The 2 Gentleman working tonight around 6:30 pm were extremely polite . My shake is on point . And gave me BBQ sauce .I had a bad experience at Wendy's next door per usual. And those guys made it better. Gave me the store hours. Appreciate it guys..

This needs to be shut down. The floors are dirty and sticky and the whole restaurant has the worst smell imaginable. it hits you right when you walk into the place. There was mold and mildew on the ceilings and the staff was completely unfazed by all of it like it was normal for them. They don’t really even get business so why does it take 20 minutes to get food out. my sister got a milkshake here and now shes sick because the milk was spoiled. There is no way the people working here can’t tell the difference between fresh and moldy disgusting food. But I guess they can’t because they are used to these ghetto dirty working conditions. They seriously need the FDA called on them because whoever runs the place is a little slow to be qualified to run a restaurant

i am now sick because of a spoiled milkshake I was given. I was very patient, infact I waited 20 minutes for my food. I understand things happen and it can take time but seriously? It was only 4 sips in that I realized the milkshake was spoiled and I’m so upset because I start school Wednesday and now I’m messed up. if you knew it was spoiled why couldn’t you just have told me?? Maybe I should’ve used my common sense when I saw mold on the walls and it smelled like a diaper in a sewage pipe. the workers were seemingly kind. but whoever did this knowingly or unknowingly, please check the expiration date. thankyou. Oh and let me add : the store was EMPTY

Every-time i said anything that snippy drive through girl said “ is that all” with an attitude. Example, I’ll get a number 3 interrupted “ is that all” no can’t I get a number 4 as well interrupted again “ is that all” no can I also have a number 1 “ is that all” can hear someone in the background laughing and saying “damn….” I just drove off. Like damn can I just get food for the family and not have a confrontation.
Update next attempt 9/27/21 Cold food, strange taste on burger and frys had some seasoning that didn’t look right..Frys we’re not edible. Not sure what’s going on here.. but maybe robots is the answer.

The Frisco melt was as good as I remember it. The fries were cold but still pretty good. The chili 5 way was good but not nearly as good as it used to be. Please make dairy free shakes!!!

Something is up!!! This place has done a turn around the customer service is excellent and consistent as of the last 2 weeks I’ve been going at different times of night and morning it’s always open so it’s the only option. But I’m okay with that if they keep up the good service
