Fun place to go. My little-great niece loved it! So fun to watch the ice cream being made with nitrogen!

Disappointed visiting on a Saturday night. Good ice cream and poor service. Watched the girl behind the counter literally snack from a topping container in front of customers.

I got a frozen yogurt with almonds and Carmel. The texture was horrible. She added milk and it was too think for a spoon. I'll never come back.

Such a fun concept in ice cream. Produces a very creamy ice cream. We got plain vanilla to try out. This is possibly the best vanilla ice cream I've ever had. Watching them make it is intriguing. They have plenty of seating inside.

Inconsistent shakes. 1st shake was made 5-10mins before the 2nd shake was made. When we both sat down, the 1st shake was still thick and like a milkshake, the 2nd was cold milk with flavoring. The 2nd one was not worth $8.15

It was ok
Visiting Indy for the Zeta Boulé. The cute zeta sign out front convinced me to come in. The staff were friendly but unhelpful. For someone from another part of the country with no knowledge of sub zero nitrogen ice cream, I was confused. The set up is similar to a marble slab or cold stone but works very well different. I saw other patrons come in and leave because they were confused about the process. You don’t see any ice cream..
The process starts with you choosing your milk choice..
Missed opportunity..
However, the ice cream was tasty.

We stopped by Saturday evening right before close. The staff was friendly and helpful. AND it was my daughter’s birthday so the staff offered to sing Happy Birthday to her. It was exceptional!

What an amazing experience! I never had a nitrogen ice cream before. You can mix your own but there was such an assortment that I could not choose so I ordered one of the suggestions which was the strawberry sigma. It was so fun watching them make the ice cream and seeing it freeze with the nitrogen. The staff was really so friendly. Would like to go again if I am in the area. Only downside is that they did not have parking.

There were 3 employees and only 1 of them had gloves on, although none of the 3 had masks, one of the employees had the cuticles on his fingers very cut, it seems like he bites his nails, don't add that one of the glasses couldn't come out and he had to touch the inside with his fingers without gloves, another had acrylic nails so long that it was difficult for him to grab the instruments to handle the ice cream, and his hands were dripping with my children's ice cream. In short, I don't know if I would go again if they don't improve food handling ?

The ice cream is great and the experience for the children is incredible, I didn't like that the kids were listening to rap music or something like that which is not in keeping with an ice cream parlor where you expect to hear more neutral music, they also have long hair and a hair got in my ice cream, they don't use gloves and one of the boys took my cup by putting his fingers on the inside. Also, if you are handling food, you should wear some type of mask to prevent saliva from getting on the ice cream.
