Mason is an absolute stand up gentleman. From the time we walked in there; answered yes sir no sir, talked about his highschool career. Respectful, helpful, and very kind. My pocket knife fell out of my pocket and he went the extra mile to run the knife out of the store, find me in traffic, and knock on my window to make sure I got it back. Good kid and good ice cream.

Vegan options are a must if you have a sensitivity to dairy. Very smooth and creamy. Shop was clean and friendly service.

We drove 20 minutes to get subzero ice cream. Only to finally get there and it's closed. All lights are off and no note or anything on the door. , you would think they would at least have a decency to put a sign on the door. That would have been great if they would update the website saying they are close. I come to this subzero often and the past few times i've been here , it's been getting shittier and shittier. Which maybe the reason why they are closed.

Fun, cool, and yummy! You get to create the ice cream you want and then they freeze it right there with lots of cool fog. And then the ice cream was so good and creamy. My kids love it and so do I. So much better than scooped ice cream.

The ice cream was pretty good but the customer service was awful. The employees didn’t greet us when we came in, didn’t make eye contact when ordering, used a booth to charge their phones and put their stuff, used their phones while working, then started arguing with each other while we were eating.

I think the vegan options taste bad and have a weird texture. I’ve been a couple of times and have been disappointed. The process is cool to watch though!

Legitimately fun place.

Menu can be a little overwhelming, but its also good to have variety.

Rude employees terrible customer service great ice cream. Two women one on speaker phone the other sitting down eating. Neither one of them acknowledged us they just pretended we weren’t there. No hello no one minute just silent disgust. After they could tell we weren’t leaving the big back eating decided to make the ice cream. The other lady was on the speaker phone the entire time. If I’m spending 12 per bowl of ice cream I expect to not get treated like shit.

I would give zero if I can simply because of customer service - & I work in customer service so I totally understand being busy but this was not it - here were only 2 people working and a long line of 10 people (1 was in the basement the whole time and she finally called him after the 10th person walked in the door, not sure if he was on break, it didn’t appear so, so I’ll let that slide) but the girl was first preparing her boyfriend a milkshake then the nitro balls taking them to the table serving him while we seriously all sat there and waited for our orders to be made we sat for 10+ minutes on her to make her boyfriends that didn’t pay. I normally never complain or make reviews but this was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. So disappointed and I come in here all the time.

I've always enjoyed this place, and went to get ice cream this evening 9/2/25, shortly after 8pm and they were closed.
The sign on the door itself read 12-9pm for Tuesdays.
The staff were cleaning up to go home.
I called the number and was informed that the hours were changed to close at 8pm, and the manager has to update not only the google hours but also the hours sign on the door.
It's disappointing that this wasn't done on E.O.D. the day before the change was to happen.

This place is great but the staff not so much. Typically, the service is good and fast. This time is was super slow, you could barely hear the guy talking. The worst part was when he was making our ice cream, he was shaking his red hair all over the place. And no he didn’t have a hair net on. I was really worried about eat my ice cream. This place is locally owned, they need to ensure proper sanitation.
