Its a great place to experience
This place was delicious and very entertaining! The staff were very nice but they all sat down at a booth and played videos very loudly and were very obnoxious while there were still customers in the restaurant. Overall, I would recommend this place but the staff will disregard everyone as soon as you stop ordering.
Come here from time to time for a little treat. Big fan of their custard base and good sizes for how much you pay. The space is always clean and has plenty of places to sit. Currently been loving their summer flavor ube and will miss it when it's gone. It also has a great location.
Timing says open till 10pm, but when I arrived at 9:15, I was told they had been closed for 30min, even though the doors were still open. Either the staff was lying or incorrect info online. Disappointing as I walked 25 min to get to the location.
It was awesome! It was a very different experience!

Disappointed visiting on a Saturday night. Good ice cream and poor service. Watched the girl behind the counter literally snack from a topping container in front of customers.

I got a frozen yogurt with almonds and Carmel. The texture was horrible. She added milk and it was too think for a spoon. I'll never come back.

Such a fun concept in ice cream. Produces a very creamy ice cream. We got plain vanilla to try out. This is possibly the best vanilla ice cream I've ever had. Watching them make it is intriguing. They have plenty of seating inside.

Inconsistent shakes. 1st shake was made 5-10mins before the 2nd shake was made. When we both sat down, the 1st shake was still thick and like a milkshake, the 2nd was cold milk with flavoring. The 2nd one was not worth $8.15

It was ok
Visiting Indy for the Zeta Boulé. The cute zeta sign out front convinced me to come in. The staff were friendly but unhelpful. For someone from another part of the country with no knowledge of sub zero nitrogen ice cream, I was confused. The set up is similar to a marble slab or cold stone but works very well different. I saw other patrons come in and leave because they were confused about the process. You don’t see any ice cream..
The process starts with you choosing your milk choice..
Missed opportunity..
However, the ice cream was tasty.

We stopped by Saturday evening right before close. The staff was friendly and helpful. AND it was my daughter’s birthday so the staff offered to sing Happy Birthday to her. It was exceptional!
