Cool to watch. Tasted good
I just attempted to go to this place and google says closes at 10pm it's currently 9:03 I'm upset because I walked the distance to get there and the door was opened but had a closed sign and the host didn't attempt to hear what I had to say if I could rate 0 I would
They didn't have the waffle bowls at this location nor did they let me know as I ordered an item that said it came with one but still charged me the same price. The icecream also came out lumpy. This place seems like a ripoff.
Really good Ice cream, great people serving and they were rather fast
Stopped in for a 'quick scoop'
of ice cream, and was pleasantly surprised at the unique ice cream experience!
Fresh ice cream made 'sub zero' style is a very cool idea & delicious! The staff working were friendly & helpful as well!
Ice cream made fresh in front of you. Tastes great and fun to watch
Came in at 852 on Saturday because the website said open until 10. The two employees played rock paper scissors skills we waited to see who would help us. More customers arrived and they were saying out loud that they were cursed for having more customers and complaining. I did not leave a tip because of this so the employee shook his head and started slamming bowls around. I will not be back.
It was a good experience, you got to be there fr fr

Ice cream was made freshly infront of my eyes. I love the customization process.
Vegetarian options: They have a great vegan base that isn’t coconut. I’m allergic to coconut. They use an oat base.

If I could write -1 I would. 90 degrees today and went in and waited- even did the ‘hellooooo!!!’ And no one. I could hear them laughing in the back somewhere and we just finally left. Major bummer - this was about maybe 8 pm.

We stopped by Saturday evening right before close. The staff was friendly and helpful. AND it was my daughter’s birthday so the staff offered to sing Happy Birthday to her. It was exceptional!

Wanted a smoothie. Got told there was going to be no smoothies today. The reason given was “no disrespect.” Won’t give names but it was a taller guy who had short, curly black hair. May have tried their nitrogen ice cream if given a valid explanation but we just up and left. 0/10

Stopped specifically to try this - had no clue about it. The worker was not very helpful. It was a very cool experience but I would not waste your money on the nitrogen balls. My son was so excited and looking forward to trying this and “breath like a dragon” and absolutely zero smoke came out of his mouth. Ice cream was amazing though!

I came to Castleton Square mall just to talk around and saw subzero. Walked into the store and there was not a single employee in site. I stood there for about 5 mins before I said ‘hello’ to see if maybe they were behind the counter. I then walked to the back and poked my head around the corner to see the employee on the phone who clearly was not happy to see me. She had a very nasty attitude and in my opinion needs to find employment elsewhere. I didn’t get her name but she has a septum piercing at the bottom of her nose and is AA.
