I ordered my food off of the subway app at 8:20 on a saturday night for pickup. My order was ready supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:35. The store closes at 9:30 on Saturday and they said that they were closing early so I didn’t receive my order or my money back.

I do appreciate the hard working and served for community but when it comes for how to address for a customer I was not good. I love subway it’s one of my favorite restaurant for my lunch mostly. But I will not come again for this

We experienced poor customer service. One of the servers was rude. She rushed us along and became upset when we wanted to change the order. This was not good service. The food was okay.

You would think 3rd time is the charm. But all 3 times I placed a pick up order via the app. My food is completely wrong. I add bacon, no bacon. I ask for ranch, no ranch. I ask for parm, no parm. They give you the basic/how it comes... Good luck asking for anything removed or added. So upset about this. Also good luck trying to get a refund from subway. The customer service center is a joke

ORGANIZED MESS!!
I'm a vegetarian. The customer before me ordered a sandwich with meat. Gloves were not changed from meat to cheese. There also was meat in the cheese container. For a vegetarian that made me very nervous because I literally can get sick from that. The workers were carelessly handling the food several containers were mixed up the food did not look very fresh the atmosphere was not welcoming the person who prepped my food then rang me up as well while picking his nose and touching the register screen. Smh I most likely will not be returning unless some changes are made immediately.

Language barrier for most mid-westerners.Front door obviously been destroyed and repaired inadequately. Dining room tables not cleaned. Maybe neighborhood too rough for foreign help to deal with. So, they're only getting pedestrian patrons from immediate neighborhood (with emphasis on "hood")Vegetarian options: They have veg optionsWheelchair accessibility: Uhm, front door kinda rickety, narros, misaligned. Ground surface may challenge wheelchair bound.
The good: this location has lots of seating; the women running the counter at noon are patient, pleasant and helpful; the food might not be too unhealthy, if you don't order 5 extra heart-clogging savory fillings to go with the bread.The bad: prices are ridiculous, for the quantity of food/calories you get. (Hmmm... maybe that's good, if you're trying to lose weight; and not like some us, who mainly try to eat to avoid short-term starvation??)

The young lady while making my sandwich, reached in her pocket as it was ringing. Grabbed her phone to look at it, money from her pocket bounce off my sandwich. She switched her gloves and acted like nothing happened. I LEFT AND HAVEN'T BEEN BACK SINCE!Up until that incident I’ve had pretty good experiences!
