They don’t honor national coupons, were out of several condiments/toppings, sandwich had stale bread, and they wouldn’t let someone order food for a homeless person. Carry out took longer than walk up

THEY DON’T ACCEPT COUPONS!!I was very disappointed today when I decided to treat myself to subway because I had a coupon. When I went to pay, they said they don’t accept coupons or anything promotions. I would have went to another subway if I knew this beforehand. This store needs to post signs that they do not accept coupons or any other promotion subway is doing.

sorry for the long review but there's so many bad things to say THIS WAS THE WORST SUBWAY IVE EVER BEEN TO.I went on the app and clicked thru the PARTICIPATING locations for the BOGO footlong deal. Upon pick-up, the owner came out to my car looking angry and stated that I should not order from this location again and said he's not doing the BOGO deal. I was shocked how rude he was acting but left and drove back home. I was at least looking forward to enjoying my sub but when I opened it I first noticed the bread was not correct and it wasn't even cut. I opened it up and NOTHING was correct about the sandwich. It had NONE of the veggies I ordered and also had NONE of the meat I ordered. IT ALSO INCLUDED ONIONS WHICH I AM ALERGIC TO. The other sub I got was also completely wrong. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking potentially he packaged the wrong order, and drove 30 minutes out of my way to go back to the store. I got back around 5:45 and the lights were off/door locked even though they don't close until 6. I was starving and upset about this so I stood outside and knocked on the door because I could see the man still inside. He hesitantly came over and started talking to me thru the door making gestures to leave but I stood there until he unlocked the door and came outside. I politely informed him that he had given me the wrong sandwiches to which he said he was sure they were mine. I told him there was chicken on these and both subs I ordered were salami, ham, pepperoni (not to mention all of the veggies/sauce/bread being wrong and the subs looking disheveled). He proceeded to act confused and cut me off to say "I thought you ordered chicken" although I literally had the receipt IN MY HAND and kept showing him. Also, he didn't even bother to open the sandwiches' or look at them which leads me to believed he already knew that he made the wrong sub. After several more minutes of him acting confused and arguing with me that he had made the sub right, I asked if he could remake the subs. He said no and gave us a refund. I then simply suggested he should let corporate know he wasn't participating in the BOGO deal so his location would not be listed on the app. He slammed the door in my face. A refund was quite literally the bare minimum that this man could have done after he yelled at me, made my sandwiches' incorrect, tried to argue that nothing was wrong, wasted my time, wasted my gas money driving back and forth, gave me food I am allergic to, and ruined my night. I am disgusted by the way this man acted and will never be returning to this location. Literally the worst owners and business' man I've ever dealt with! (ps. you don't have to be a business' owner if you aren't good at it)

I went from the nearby Marriot to try to get something at this Subway using a coupon. Just a warning to others, this Subway does not accept Subway coupons.

I noticed the Subway sandwich shop while I was beginning my walk from the Indiana State Museum in search of dinner options on W Washington Street. I made a mental note of it upon return to the hotel, which was literally across the street from the museum. With that said, I found myself carrying my takeout from the Indian Garden Indian restaurant on W Delaware Street and came to this Subway restaurant just a few minutes shy of its closing at 8pm that day. It's pretty cool how they don't really close until literally after the posted business hours. It was cool that there was someone ahead of me that day, so they didn't have a chance to close the door. There was also a few people dining in as well. The guy at the counter had to tell them to finish eating and leave because it was close to closing while finishing up our orders. And so, my order was really swift since I just wanted a few cookies and a large drink to compliment my Indian food cuisine that I was holding. After a mile or so walk around downtown Indianapolis SW quadrant, it was nice to see this Subway sandwich shop so close to my hotel. During my experience here, it was about 2 or so minutes for me to order and pay. Then filling my large cup with ice and beverage of choice before leaving the restaurant and on my way west. It was quick and I was sure that the dude behind the counter was relieved not to make another sandwich just before closing time. I guess I was relieved too, since I wanted to get out as soon as possible so I can relax in my hotel room nearby the restaurant. The overall experience here a this Subway restaurant in downtown Indianapolis was good, quick, casual, and friendly maybe. I guess the friendliness goes out the window when you're in a rush to close the shop after a challenging day at the office. I guess I was glad I made it in time, so I can have a cheap soda to drink instead of purchasing one at the hotel I was staying at for the night nearby. This Subway restaurant itself was pretty small, with only about 2 or so tables for people to dine in. Not terribly small, but not really big either. For the most part though, the experience was touch and go. While I received the service I wanted and the products of choice, it was interesting to see everything closing like a guy telling kids to leave because he wants to close up at precisely 8pm and go home. I don't blame the guy too, especially when he was the only one there (that I could see) working there. Must be tough being a one act show running the place. And so, this Subway restaurant experience was good. Just got 6 cookies and a large drink. I'm sure the Subway subs are generally the same no matter which location you go to. If you are in the downtown SW Indianapolis IN area and want a sandwich, consider this Subway location on W Washington Street. It's pretty cool near the Indiana State Museum. This Subway location is located next to the Courtyard by Marriott on West Washington Street, probably like a block away from it. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner suggestion. The physical address is 305 West Washington Street. They accept major credit cards, as well as cash. As far as parking goes, your best bet would be to find street parking wherever you can find it. Not sure if you can park somewhere and run in fast and leave quickly with the food order to go. If you're a fan of the IndyGo public transportation system Indianapolis currently has, you may want to check out which routes it has before planning your trip here for lunch or dinner. Subway restaurants offers a fairly healthy approach to food, depending on how much or little you load on your sandwich. Six inch or footlong, whatever you are feeling. On this experience in downtown Indianapolis, I wanted tuna, but ended up getting the aforementioned macadamia nut cookies - six of them, and a large soda. I was glad they had cherry coke. You don't see this in Hawaii's subway restaurants, at least the ones I go to.4.0 stars for the overall experience. 5.0 stars for the location. 4.0 stars for the food

I enjoyed my visit to the place. The food quality and taste were as good as one would expect from Subway. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the location itself was decently beautiful for enjoying a meal. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, the place was small, which meant that sitting for a prolonged period of time might not be feasible. Additionally, there was no free parking available in the vicinity.

Took my family of 6 there in the evening of the 28th. The two young ladies behind the counter were super helpful with my daughters in getting their selections ordered and built. The shift supervisor was so helpful with her employee with teaching her also. Very professional in all they did.I can’t wait to visit this location again with my family when we vacation in the area again.

I ordered delivery got the wrong other at first then waited several hours for a sandwich that had clearly been sitting. The wait falls on doordash but the quality of my food was awful. Your parents probably never loved you

This location does not accept national Subway coupons, I was told. Otherwise it was an OK experience.

Convenient downtown location. Efficient staff who made me a nice sub.

Good food, fast service, and friendly staff. They have a new menu. I had a 6-inch cold cut sub. We arrived just before noon and had a short wait to order. We found seating without waiting, but soon after noon the place quickly filled up. Arrive early to shorten your wait time.Parking: Limted street parking during the week at lunch time.

Leafy Sensation

They were very busy with online orders. However, they were very nice even though they were stressed. Great customer service and my sandwich was so packed, it was almost difficult to eat. There were things they were out of, but they told us before we ordered and offered to make more sweet tea if we wanted. Obviously, service differs depending on the crew, but tonight on 10/16/21 it was a good experience.
