Up there with one of nastiest, dirtiest Subways I've been too! They asked if I would like my chicken sweet onion teriyaki toasted and didn't bother with heating the chicken up and it was ice cold after toasting don't have but a thirty minute lunch don't have time to mess with them. Disgusting, dirty place! And I'm about leaving a positive note but there is nothing positive to say! Will not ever go back!

Would give 0 stars. Guy working there took forever, was on the phone, and they didn't have 3 of the things I asked for. Wasn't even close to closing so he could have gotten it. Do not go here.

If I order online and I show up and you don’t have the stuff to make my order, literally just call me so you can see what I want instead. Or here is a fancy idea, turn that item off on the app! I know both of those things can be done because other Subways do them - both call if something is wrong or turn items on the app off. Also, the prices here are $2-3 more expensive than every Subway in the city. Just change the location on the app and see for yourself. This franchisee has zero regard for the franchise itself.

I just had 2 sandwiches and a pretzel. It was all absolutely disgusting. Tried calling the restaurant to maybe get it remade. No answer 😔 The pretzel and bread was so stale we couldn't even eat it. Had to go get more food as this was inedible.

Stopped by this subway while we were in Indianapolis before an event at Lucas Oil. The prices were the same as we paid in KY and UT. The service was fast and efficient. The sub was made correctly and I used a coupon here and there was no problems transacting it. I distinctly recall this subway seemed clean to me, which was amazing since it was 7pm and a steady flow of customers was coming and going. I sense that this location has employees that work hard and do their best.

stopped in for a foot long and got charged for 2 6 inch sub's cuz I asked for the halves to be wrapped separate(I wanted to be able to put half in the refrigerator at work in case a client came in early). the building needs cleaned better and honestly the only acceptable thing there is the staff. they were bustin booty getting orders out and keeping their stations clean. props to them for the hard work. we came in at lunchtime
