I just had 2 sandwiches and a pretzel. It was all absolutely disgusting. Tried calling the restaurant to maybe get it remade. No answer 😔 The pretzel and bread was so stale we couldn't even eat it. Had to go get more food as this was inedible.

Stopped by this subway while we were in Indianapolis before an event at Lucas Oil. The prices were the same as we paid in KY and UT. The service was fast and efficient. The sub was made correctly and I used a coupon here and there was no problems transacting it. I distinctly recall this subway seemed clean to me, which was amazing since it was 7pm and a steady flow of customers was coming and going. I sense that this location has employees that work hard and do their best.

stopped in for a foot long and got charged for 2 6 inch sub's cuz I asked for the halves to be wrapped separate(I wanted to be able to put half in the refrigerator at work in case a client came in early). the building needs cleaned better and honestly the only acceptable thing there is the staff. they were bustin booty getting orders out and keeping their stations clean. props to them for the hard work. we came in at lunchtime
They prices definitely doesn't match what's on the board and for some reason it shows on my bank statement that I paid more than what I actually paid at the store don't know how that came about.

Good attention from the workers, I give the service a 3 because their supervisor, while I was preparing my sandwich, threw things away, this makes you uncomfortable, they prepare your food reluctantly.
Recently remodeled with all-new food refrigerators to ensure freshness. The staff members are courteous and expeditious. They also recently reopened their drive-thru!

Ordered the Grand Slam Ham and said no lettuce. Worker made the decision that because I don't want lettuce I should replace them with banana peppers, jalapenos, green peppers, pickles, and spinach without telling me. When calling back to find a resolution worker got an attitude and said "come in and we'll see."
