They told me they didn’t sell the item I bought so they made it and still charged me 10 dollars without just giving me a refund. They gave me 2 dollars in chips, a table spoon of meet and cheese I paid double for the meat and got nothing.. I am very upset and disappointed

I definitely paid for a footlong sandwich online but they only gave me a 6 inch sandwich. Being a first responder, I caught a run and couldn't check before I left. For reference, it's still wrapped up and I haven't opened it yet.

Horrible. Got food poisoning after eating here. Not to mention the olives were absolutely spoiled. The bathroom was disgusting. There was feces all over the toilet, as well as no toilet paper. Very poor sanitation. By far dirty establishment. New management!

The short lady with dark brown shoulder length hair was very rude to me while I was ordering. She kept mumbling under her breath that I should speak up. Sorry that this semester of college has been killing me and I work 7-9 hours a day on top of that. So yeah, I don't have much energy left to give but at least I wasn't rude to her. All I did was order one freaking sandwich.

The two Mexican women there are rude and act like they own the place, watching you and wat u drink even if u pay for one, it’s weird.and they don’t give u time to figure out wat u want on the menu, not gonna come there if I have to deal with that, like is this customer service now, smh

Great food, very poor service from one girl working. I ordered online, and came inside to pick it up, and they said they didn't see my order on their roster, correct store and everything. Blamed my bank, which makes no sense at all. They wanted some proof of order, such as an email or a bank statement. No problem. Pulled my bank statement up, and by then 2 customers came in and the woman working was taking care of them first. Sure. Waited on her to get it done. But the problem was, when she was finished with them, she deliberately ignored me from then on, and went to the other end to wait for more customers to come in, I guess? She was very rude and I think she is the same woman that other reviewers are complaining about. I waited several minutes - I wasn't dealing with that - until the manager noticed I was still there and he cordially made my order for me after seeing my bank statement while the girl ignored us both. Sandwich was great as usual, that manager usually makes pretty good, full subs without you needing to ask. I think the staff there are unfortunately very used to disrespect from customers and they do not get paid enough for that tbh, I've definitely been there, but I was only ever respectful when talking to the woman working, so I didn't see a reason for the cold shoulder. If someone is at your counter you can do the bare minimum and at least acknowledge them, y'know? Before I even got home, I got an email telling me they refunded me, so it turns out they had my order on file after all, too. Yummy sandwich, thank you to the manager for dealing with my trouble, and for the refund!
