The app says add a 20oz pop and bag of chips for $2.99 the guy that runs the place tried handing me a small fountain drink said price is for a small not a bottle. I showed him the pic on the app and he still told me I was wrong and tried charging me more. Don't let him it's BS I'll never go back not to mention I ordered The Outlaw and I'm pretty sure he used the meat for a six inch sub for my foot long worse subway I've ever been to

The man that made my bf and I sandwiches was rude and didn’t make us feel comfortable ordering our food. I ordered a sweet chicken teriyaki sandwich with double meat. When he put my food in the over he put it on 2 mins when I politely asked him to take my sandwich out the over he said no he has double meat and it needs to cook but when the bread is black and burned it’s not good at all. When he took it out he threw it on the table and left it there and left me standing there waiting. When my bf wanted to order the new honey mustard chicken wrap with double meat the man making out food told him no he can’t get a wrap with extra meat because it will be too messy and he doesn’t want to do so he made him pick something else he ended up get a meatball sub instead the overall experience was bad and I won’t be returning.

Very basic quality tasting subway. There is a divider or lid blocking view of meats and cheese. This location is one of the cheap skimp on the toppings. Thin meat. Requested and paid for extra cheese they put the same amount a Philly cheese steak always comes with. Asked for bell pepper they put 7 little pieces across a footling. Same for onion etc.
At check out the girl that sat there texting on her phone got up to check me out I asked for 2 med drinks she grabbed cups from inside I asked for new cups that her unclean hands weren't put inside...all of a sudden it's a charade of not knowing what I'm saying saying no handle...lids over there...showing a drink holder. No thanks take the drinks off.
Argumentative, cheap, & dirty about what I'm paying for.
Bad area. Waste of time, not fulfilling. Never again.

Best Subway in Indianapolis, hands down. They don’t skimp on veggies, nor give you a bad vibe when you order more veggies on your veggie delite.
Super polite owners and employees - I have a closer location but I rather drive a bit to visit this one in Fountain Square.
In this day and age in which fast food workers treat you with disdain and contempt, this Subway makes you want to live a nice tip.

Called about a job and kept getting hung up on, then they disconnected the phone. DONT GO HERE, the Hispanic lady always has a attitude and doesn't like you if your not Hispanic as well.
As always great food & service but I don't care for the rap music. I'd rather hear quiet elevator music than rap music. The area is pretty prestigious with $1,700 month condo rent, so the whole thug music I don't understand. 1 star for Atmosphere music, 5 stars for everything else.
