Idk about the food, but I immediately left when I walked in and headed to the bathroom and was yelled at by someone who doesn't speak English but was apparently supposed to take my order. When I asked if I could use the men's they said it was out of order, too. She thought it was funny, I guess. So my husband and I left. I'm not going to fight to make myself clear in English making my order while doing the pee-pee dance.
Wonder how they're using the bathroom during their shift? 🤔

I tried to order a kids meal for my kids; I confirmed it was a kids meal. The person I was with was able to get a kids meal for her kids. They refused to give me a kids meal and would only let me get a 6inch sub. I will never come back here, which is a shame because I’m within walking distance.

Zero stars. Messed up sandwiches. Charged a tip. Forgot vinegar and oil packets. Phone to store doesn't ring and hangs up automatically. Spent $63 on trash. Thanks for nothing

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered 3 sandwiches through the app and they got ALL 3 WRONG. It's like it was freestyle day or something because they put whatever they wanted on it. I tried to ask them to remake it considering I'm severely allergic to onion (mine was caked in onions) and I was just met with attitude and combativeness. They refused even though the receipt itself shows what they're supposed to put on it. How is it my fault you can't read or make a sandwich? Waste of money and I can't even eat my food. I could easilly sue y'all for ignoring my onion allergy. Hope this location gets closed SOON. Trash employees and trash location. They're lucky I have respect and didn't wipe the floor with them for talking to me the way they did. You're not untouchable because you're across the street from the police station, learn how to act and learn how to read.

This is our usual subway spot. We usually go once a month and spend a good amount of money. Today, we placed our pickup order, and once we got it home, we realized that all three sandwiches were made incorrectly. We instantly brought the food back to the restaurant, and once arriving and trying to explain our issue, the man and woman working the counter began shouting at us, telling us we were wrong, and there was nothing wrong with out sandwiches. My fiance has an onion allergy and specifically asked for no onions on his sandwich, and his whole sandwich was covered in them. My mothers sandwich was a veggie delight and it barely had any veggies on it, and my sandwich had mayonaise on it and I didnt ask for any. My fiance and I were calm but they continued to yell at us and tell us we were wrong. At the end of it, they remade the sandwich with onion on it, but pretty much told us too bad, so sad on the other sandwiches. after a few minutes of telling them, whatever, just please remake the sandwich, they were still standing there trying to argue with us. Highly unprofessional and disgusting behavior. When we usually go, it's two men behind the counter and we have never had any issues, but with this man and woman, they were nothing but unprofessional and rude.

Hard to understand when they speak pay attention to the meat they will try leaving the roast beef off like they forgot it goes on to when you ask for double the meat you'll get half.......

Decent if you are in a pinch, but don’t online order they will seemingly do the opposite of all request. I expect if I order extra olives there’s a chance I might get a little skimped, it happens everywhere, but if I ask for light jalepeno dont give me 20 slices of it smh, the standard is supposed be 12. Asked for light and got DOUBLE. it doesn’t make any sense to skimp the thing I asked for extra but overload me on a spicy pepper I specifically went of my way to get light.

Ordered double meat online and got less than what should normal amount would’ve been absolutely trash service worst subway experience I’ve ever had will not come back ever. Wish I would’ve taken a picture to include I urge you to go elsewhere.

made an order for delivery at 9:20 pm and I never received it. I tried calling the store multiple times even this morning I tried to call and it won't go through. Didn't even get me a refund or didn't tell me in order was cancelled until 12:34 am.
