Made an online order and as soon as I arrive they tell me that there is no order placed. I called my bank to dispute the charge and denied my claim. Scam place

Watched the employee use a tuna covered knife to cut multiple sandwiches. Tried to cut my order with it had to stop the guy. Instead of saying sorry he continued to snicker and laugh with the other employees the proceeded to take 3 dirty knifes to the sink to quickly rinse it off. Fountain sprite literally tastes like mold. Lettuce were brown and taste sour. Get better employees in this location. These guys would rather joke around in a different language about potentially sending someone to the hospital for a food allergy. Rude, unclean and unprofessional.
Charged me $18 for a sandwich and tried to charge me for Sauce and cheese and cheese was not cooked.

Stood in line with guy right in front of me for five minutes. Proceeds to say do you have online order? Seen we didn't I guess you don't get business here!!!!!

A solid 3 stars. It's ran by foreigners, but they are friendly and nice, and if I can make one small critical observation, it would be to suggest that they work on communication skills a little bit more. Food was pretty decent for a Subway.

Awful I ordered my subs toasted and there toaster was messed up and they didn't say anything and had us waiting a long time for our food and then they just continued to make them untoasted and then we said something to them and they just stood there looking stupid and then told us there toaster was messed up after they had us waiting now if they would've told us there toaster was messing up before they started making our food that would be different but that wasn't the case I won't be ordering from here anymore

I couldn't understand the employee and tge employee couldn't understand me. It took too long for our food and he forgot to give us our cookies. I asked for 2 cups of ice water and I was given 2 cups of ice. We will not ve visitors this location again.
