My daughter and I ordered sandwiches to go. We want the meat heated first for the two foot longs and then toasted so it would be hot. The guy preparing the food must have been new because I had to remind him about toasting the subs. Another guy came out and was trying to get me to pay before all three subs were made. He then left the register and began making my flatbread. I asked for the chicken to be heated first and then the flatbread toasted with the meat and cheese. I can tell that he did not want to do it. I told him that I wanted very light mustard and he poured it on heavily and did not want to stop after I told him it was too much. Then he tried to take some off with a cucumber. I mentioned that he did the same thing on last time.I presented a coupon and he didn’t take it. My family and I won’t be back

I don't usually get subway, but my roommates do. Sometimes they offer, and I'm not one to turn down free food. This location has gotten my order wrong 100% of the time, not once have they gotten it correct, and I am not an overly complicated man. Things like I'll order peppercorn ranch and get green bell peppers. Most recently, they seemed to have just mixed and matched the ingredients on my roommate and my sandwiches, which was wild. Furthermore, the ice maker is unacceptably disgusting. I'm not talking flecks of black mold in the ice, I'm talking entire surfaces of ice cubes covered in black. I dropped the ball by not saying anything when I noticed it in the store, but here we are.

Ordered two foot longs. Both were to be toasted and on herbs and cheese, and wheat. Both were untoasted, and on Italian. The meats were skimp, as well as the toppings. Completely dropped the ball here. Asked for extra pickles on one sandwich, and received 3..on a footlong..avoid this location. I've had quite a few issues here..it's just very close to me so I've tried it over and over. I'm done.

This location does not accept SUBWAY coupons. My family went into this location to order some food and the staff told us they don't accept SUBWAY coupons. Will never go to this location.

I visited this location on my lunch hour. I was helped promptly by the young gentleman working at the restaurant. The bread was fresh, and he even asked me how I like my bacon if it was crispy enough. he added my toppings perfectly, and with just the right amount that I asked for. We joked and laughed and I was happy with my experience. My sandwich tasted really good.

This lady at night is the sweetest most amazing lady I have ever come across? I’ve been to two subways and I think this location is the best one. I don’t understand why people don’t come in over there. She asked me how are you every time she sees me and I asked her the same thing.

Terrible service the employees closed the store 45 min earlier and did not want to take our order. The open light was still on, clearly this store care about going home instead of their customers.

The woman at the counter was so kind and built the best subway sandwich I’ve received in a long time!I’m usually skeptical when getting subway because I never feel like they give me my moneys worth but this time was definitely different :)

Ordered online for the online only offers and when I arrived at the location asked to verify that there are no onions on my sandwich. I am very allergic to onions and will literally stop breathing. The man working there did not listen or appear to understand and just made the sandwich and then repeated "Pickup?" My sandwich did end up with onion on it and thankfully I didn't eat it. At this point I just want to give up on subway as a food option ever again.

Awful customer service. The girl with the dreads had quite the attitude and spoke so quiet you couldn’t hear her. Had no drinks either.
