I have ordered multiple times from this subway as it is the closest to my home. It is a battle to pick up food each time after ordering online. I present the order in the app, including the order number, and it is a run around to be handed the food we have paid for.
We’re treated like we are trying to steal an order even when presenting all the information to staff. I’ve never had such difficulty getting food I’ve paid for. Service here is very poor. I will add the extra few minutes to go to another location in the future.

Do not go here. Every time and I’m not joking, every time I order here online they either haven’t started my order by the time it says pickup is ready or they mess up my order. They always leave something off my sandwich and sometimes add things I never put. STAY AWAY!!!

Ordered online and the sandwich had no meat on it. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and was served a lettuce sandwich. I ordered 3 different sauces on the sandwich and there was none. When I tried to call the store there was no working number in service. How convenient. I highly recommend a different location.

Customer tried to use an online coupon that clearly says that it can be used in store. The coupon stated and to tell subway associate that you are using it before ordering. The subway associate refused to help or honor the coupon. Additionally the woman associate took the customer to the register like she was going to take the order and proceeded to mock the customer. Would not recommend. 0/5 stars.

The man there spit in my food. I seen him, the man checking out even seen him. He was moving his lips really fast & whole time he was twinkling spit in my food after grabbing my sandwich out the oven. His back was turned so he thought I couldn’t see him. I want to file charges & contact a lawyer for this Subway.

I never thought I'd be laughed at and talked about in a different language because I'm using a coupon at Subway. Subway is overpriced and average at best. I asked what I did that was so funny. The lady stood there silent with the dumbest smile I've ever seen. The guy she was talking with, I'm guessing her son, said it's because you and everybody coming are using coupons. He decided to tell me he got the same coupons in the mail, but wouldn't use them. I'm not paying 30$ for 2 subs, my guy. I recommend using a coupon at this establishment whenever possible.

They will over charge you. And you’ll pay almost 10$ for a 6 in sandwich. From what I’ve heard they automatically charge you for the signature series sandwich price even if that’s not what you asked for/ got. Basically theft to be honest. Coming to this location for years, never will again.

The lady working was really stingy. She barely gave me two scoops of tuna, she put all of 2 tomatoes and 3 cucumbers on my sandwich. When I asked for more she gave me one of each. Will not return at all.

Here's another bad review for the (apparently) new ownership. If you place a mobile order, be prepared for them to stop making it every time the next customer walks in to place an order. When you point out how this defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, note how rude they are about it. Then expect them to lie about how "busy" it is and to claim they just received your order (even though it's already partially completed when you walk in). Then they wrongly state that all Subways do it this way (simply not true in my experience). I pick up a lot of orders in the area, including from other Subways, and the process and the attitude are much better elsewhere.
