Upon entering the restaurant, I identified myself as having a pickup order. At that time, two employees — a young female associate and a male associate with red hair — began mumbling under their breath in a manner that was both unprofessional and disrespectful. While I proceeded to get a drink at the soda fountain, I continued to hear their comments.
As my friend and I exited the store, the female employee raised her voice and made disrespectful remarks directed toward us, which were further supported by the male employee. This conduct was not only unprofessional, but also created a hostile and uncomfortable environment.
As a loyal customer, I expect a consistent level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect when visiting your establishments. Unfortunately, my experience during this visit fell far below those standards. I

My sister saw them touch random shit with the gloves and just keep touching the food after. That's nasty

They touch random receipts with the same gloves that touch the food. They were not handling food well not hygienic. I saw the workers just lay out a recipt ontop of the meats and cheese touching the food as well

I come here everyday for lunch at 2pm.
I usually tip $3 on a $6 order, meaning a 50% tip for whoever is working.
Today, (08/07/24 @ 2pm) the sandwich artist walked up to me and said I was a douchebag (I hadn’t even said Hi yet) before someone else guided him away.
Won’t be returning. There’s a thousand other places within arms reach. Why would I spend my money someplace where I’ll be disrespected?
Would YOU decide to spend YOUR money somewhere it’s fine to be disrespected for fun? ?

Placed an online order on a Saturday around 2pm. Waited around in the parking lot for a bit because the app said that they were still building the sandwiches. After about 15 minutes I decided to walk in and realized the door was locked and they were closed. I’ve yet to be refunded for this purchase so I’ll waste more of my time to reach out and get my money back.

Subway has gotten way worse over the years. Ever since they got rid of Spicy Mustard, I have little reason to go there. They used to be Sandwich artists, but now their art is more like a pre-schooler's picture. You humor them and put it on the fridge, but, let's face it, it sucks.
Enjoyed the sandwich I feel Subway is making improvements with better selection of sandwiches and the quantity is more acceptable for the money your spending keep it going I typically stop there for lunch 2 or 3 times a month You're getting my attention
