Terrible service. Ordered toasted flat bread and it was ice cold not toasted. She then said it is toasted they don't put it in that long. I've had Subway for decades. Poor service trying to cover up their fault. Dont lie about food to your customers. Not a sorry or a complimentary drink while you wait a second time getting your food and wasting more gas getting it a second time. Will not be going back there.

I was just there for lunch. My sandwich was made correctly but I ordered a footlong dipper which was supposed to be pepperoni and cheese. I got to my car and it was cheese only. I went back in and the lady working said that you have to choose pepperoni or cheese, it isn't both. I even clarified, so if I order pepperoni it is just pepperoni and tortilla? And she said yes. I was baffled by this but I didn't want to argue so I left. I went to my car and looked at the subway app and it is supposed to have both pepperoni and cheese on there. How do they not know the menu and how do they think it's logical to sell a tortilla with just pepperoni in it. That would be gross. The other girl there, I'm assuming she's new, rang up my order incorrectly which I can understand that happens but didn't notice anything wrong until we said something to her. It was double what it was supposed to be. I also had a coworker go there a week or so ago and they don't accept Subway coupons apparently. Hopefully this was just an off day for them but I'm going to visit a different location next time.

One of the better subways I've been to. Don't let the employees appearance dissuade you. Though they appear young, they know what they are doing.

I called at 9:49 to place an order since I was one minute away and she hung up on me stating they were closing at 10pm!! I said yes I understand but I’m 1 minute away and she hung up and I called back and no answer arrived and they locked the door will not give them my business ever again!!!
